We want to offer visitors to Hobart a unique & luxurious accommodation experience, which connects modern design with its rugged, bush environment. Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Laneway hideaway

Our architect designed, garden roof cabin was built in 2020 to take in views across they valley to knocklofty. North facing the sun warms this house with the passive solar design maintaining a steady temperature. To complement this there is a wood fire for grey days and a sliding door and bifold windows for hot ones. Ply lining and exposed rafters give the house a cabin feel creating a retreat feeling. Different outdoor spaces provide great options to soak in the sun and neighbourhood.

Arden Retreat - The Croft at Richmond

Immerse yourself in the ultimate nature experience as you unwind at The Croft of Arden. This handcrafted accommodation rests in the hills of the historic village of Richmond. It enjoys complete seclusion yet located only 5 minutes from the town centre. The modern studio is nestled in a luxurious garden providing a sense of serenity at the rear of our 130-year-old heritage house. Warm up next to the wood-fire after a short stroll to the local restaurants, bars and cafes located in North Hobart. Situated within 1.9km of the CBD and 2.8km to Salamanca waterfront, there is a bus stop at the end of the street. A microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and fridge are provided for your convenience, as well as a BBQ on your private deck.

Roseclare Cottage, family and dog friendly!

"Roseclare" is the perfect holiday base for couples, groups and families just 10 minutes drive from the CBD , 10 minutes drive to Mona and 20 minutes from the airport. The shopping Village of Moonah is just 4mins drive. The cottage boasts 3 bedrooms, bathroom with bath and spacious well appointed kitchen. , coffee pods and a mini cooking pantry. Porta cot & high chair provided upon request.Please note unneeded bedrooms will be locked off so please book guest numbers accurately 🙂

Laneway 98 is a charming retreat nestled in the heart of South Hobart. Offering a blend of modern luxury and historic charm, the late 1800's worker’s cottage has been renovated to the highest standard, utilising original features where possible. The ideal base for exploring Hobart and its surrounds. Only a 5-minute walk to the Cascade Brewery, Cascades Female Factory, and the South Hobart rivulet. If you venture a little further, you will find the CBD and Salamanca waterfront.
