We are open! Visit majesticfarm .com and insta majesticfarmheritage to get a sense of the grounds. You can also purchase wood, meats and so on. Beautiful site overlooks orchard. There are huge boulders to sit and climb on. There is one full size bed in the house, bring bedding. There is a picnic table and a camp fire pit. There is a shared kitchen and outhouse. FALL/WINTER advisory - the water features are generally turned off from November - March. There is no heat or electric in the house.

This off grid, alternative powered site is located towards the front of a large twelve acre estate, alongside a flowing brook. Elevated over a natural spring that flows year round, the Japanese inspired aesthetics of this private, tiny cabin sits perched atop a deck among the wooded trees overlooking the waterway the mineral spring feeds, but not before filling the in-ground, cedar lined, two person, bubbling hot tub heated with a wood burning stove. This isn't your typical bougie & hip upstate Airbnb, it's definitely not too modern and it definitely ain't the prettiest but it's got some soul and dope vibes. This was the first property I bought when I moved upstate and me, my dog and roommates lived here for years before I started renting it! It's a great space for an affordable getaway for a couple (with your pet!) or for a group of homies. Centrally located within 10 mins to Woodstock, Hunter, Saugerties, Kingston, etc - come relax <3

Welcome to Ridge Haven! Our home features an open floor plan w/ a fireplace, a big deck w/ grill, a seasonal outdoor shower & a fire pit on the upper lawn. Propane & firewood included. Only 2 hours from NYC in the hamlet of Narrowsburg. Nestled against the Delaware River, it is home to a variety of shops, acclaimed restaurants, art galleries, & antique stores. <15 mins from hikes, swimming/tubing on the Delaware, Bethel Woods, and Callicoon. <30-60 mins to skiing (Elk, Big Bear & Shawnee).

3 private acres atop small mountain. Feels like your way upstate - check out the reviews! Hi-speed WiFi. Next to forest preserve and hiking trails. Furnished deck w grill overlooks Mt. Beacon sunsets. Loft w/queen and twin mattresses + pull out couch & twin-size mattress day bed on the porch. Perfect for 2, comfortable for 3, but 4 is probably max comfort since it's a small space. Please note that the road heading up there is steep. A car with AWD is ideal but a sedan will make it up too!

Picturesque location on farmland with views of the mountains. We are a micro farm. Wake up and watch the sunrise and go for a short hike on the property, and get to know the animals. We are located 35 minutes from Saratoga Springs and Lake George, NY and 45 minutes from Dorset and Manchester, VT. Hike the Adirondack or Green Mountains, paddle the streams or go to a nearby small city for a play, a festival, or a concert. There is a long list of things to do and see within an hour of us!

Forestasaurus Glamping

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars in a large canvas bell tent with a real, full size bed. Tucked into the woods, just a short distance from Watkins Glen and the Seneca Wine Trail. The shared modern bath house is a short walk from the site with running potable water and a shower. The property is off grid (no electricity) which means excellent star gazing! Linens are provided. The site also has a fire pit with seating for relaxing. See “other details to note”

Get back to nature! This is a quite riverside primitive campsite. NO BATHROOMS so everything is natural. Come let the tranquil noise of our river lul you to sleep in the fresh Adirondack mountain air. Lots of hiking, boating, rock climbing and mountain biking near by. Only 25 minutes to Lake Placid ( home of two winter Olympics) for some of the Adirondacks best restaurants and tourist destination. There are NO trash facilities on site, so if you pack it in, pack it out!

Catchers Pond is perched atop a hill with views overlooking a private pond featuring a swim platform, dock, Jacuzzi, outdoor shower, fire pit and a fruit orchard of peach, pear and apple. It is perfectly secluded and close to everything you might need for your stay being just 5 minutes outside Mountaindale. Its rustic, charming and wild. A great place to slow down, reconnect and watch seasons change. The cabin sits on 55 quiet acres with no other houses in sight.
