Hooksey - a hut above

Hooksey is set within the beautiful Eden Valley, away from the crowds but within easy reach of the delights of the Lakes or the Dales. This spacious accommodation includes one hut with kitchen, dining and lounge area with a smart TV & wood burning stove to cosy up in front of. A glass walkway leads to the second hut housing a double bedroom and gorgeous ensuite shower room. Outside, there is a garden area with countryside views, a wood fired hot tub and fire pit and convenient off-road parking.

Each Pod has their own private hot tub, fire pit/BBQ, outdoor patio with luxury Rattan furniture & own parking/entrance. Sleeps 4 (2 adults 2 children) or 3 adults. Brackenber Byre cosy cabin & garden in the Dales

Brackenber Byre is a cosy converted outbuilding next to an old hill-top farm house. It has a private outdoor campfire area. No WiFi...sorry! Enjoy the log fire, deep bath, double bed and unique decor. The Byre is in the beautiful landscape of the Westmorland Dales and the ideal location for biking, walking, photos, watching wildlife, farm animals and chilling! The retreat is totally secluded, but still just a minutes walk to Sedbergh's lovely pubs and cafes. It's the perfect base: head out walking in the hills straight from your door or use our electric bikes to explore the quiet lanes. When you get back, soak in the wood fired hot tub and enjoy a drink on the terrace while admiring the wonderful view of the fells.
