This unique tiny home is located in the heart of a working fishing village in Champneys West! This little gem has its own outdoor dock and is located right on the Fox Island trail! Because it is right on the water we have a propane Cinderella incinerator toilet and a propane on demand hot water system. These colourful stages are a highly sought location and photographed daily by visitors who pass by. A beautiful place to relax by the indoor propane fireplace or enjoy a beverage on the dock!

The Pilgrim House

Come home for a rest in our oceanfront Newfoundland homestead located a stones throw from the harbours edge. The UNESCO Historical Viking Site and the Viking Norstead Port of Trade are just minutes away in Lanse Aux Meadows. Enjoy local food and maybe take a boat tour to view icebergs and whales if they are in the area. We welcome every person from every place to come make memories at our house. The Cozy - In Chance Cove, Ocean Front Cottage

A cozy ocean side cottage, about an hour outside of St John's NL, you find this little piece of paradise where you can relax and enjoy amazing ocean views. In season you can see whales right from back deck, Minke and Humpbacks. When the Caplin are rolling you can see them all along the beach and the trails beaches. Or maybe just relax and listen to the sound of the ocean waves breaking on the beach. Just a short walk along the beach and you are at the start of the Chance Cove coastal trail.
