A Shepherd’s Retreat: Stunning Mountain View

Nestled at the foot of Whitehorse mountain in the midst of the North Cascades, a Shepherd’s Retreat is a working sheep farm. The farm is one of the few historic homestead farms in Snohomish County. Located within the North Cascades there is great hiking amazing views within a half hour drive. The town of Darrington is 5 miles away with restaurants, a pharmacy and grocery. The farmhouse has been recently updated and restored to allow guests maximum comfort, but able to live close to the land.

Relax in a quiet guest suite, located 2 miles east of Concrete, Washington. We are very close to the Skagit River, Cascade trails, and 25 minutes from the North Cascade National Park. Private setting with separate entrance and your own parking space. We are close to laundry, restaurants, a movie theatre, a bakery, and stores. The guest suite is connected to our garage, not our home, so you will have all the privacy you need. Clean with a fun country vibe and a love for all things Bigfoot!

When we began construction of the A Frame we aimed to curate a luxury escape where you can transcend the monotony of the day to day. This fully custom A frame cabin was hand crafted from salvaged old growth timbers and hand milled lumber. She is built to the highest quality and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. Whitehorse Meadows is a retired Organic Blueberry Farm located in the meadow at the"toe" of Whitehorse Mountain in the Stillaguamish River Valley as it enters the North Cascades. Our farm cottage is the original 1920 farmhouse. It has been fully renovated keeping the charming small farmhouse feeling with covered porches and a majestic mountain view. Come and relax in the North Cascades. Always cleaned/sanitized and fully aired between stays for your health and safety.

Restored from the early 1900's. This cozy cabin sits right above the Howard Miller Steelhead Park on the Skagit River. The Rockport Bar and Grill is next door. We are just a minute off of highway 20, also known as The North Cascade Highway. There is a Futon for an extra guest. We now have air conditioning! This listing is not wheelchair accessible. This listing is also not suitable for children under the age of 12, there are safety issues in the area.
