Situated just off vibrant Leith Walk, it is close to the new St James Quarter and all of the attractions of Edinburgh's Old and New Town. It is overlooked by the beautiful Calton Hill where you can enjoy fantastic panoramic views of the city.

The apartment includes 3 rooms with a private external entrance and a locked internal door if needed. The single bedroom is ensuite; the other main room is a living space with a kitchenette and large sofa bed. We are close to the route south / north too and from Edinburgh but far enough away (1.5km) to not get interrupted by road / traffic noise.
