My place is close to three major ski areas including Sunday River in Bethel. Grafton Notch state park is only 15 miles away and the Appalachian trail passes through Andover in two locations. There are trails for hiking, biking, ATV, snowmobile or horseback riding. There are places to fish, swim, canoe or kayak all within a short drive. You’ll love my place because of the location and the coziness.

Indoor pool, common room and Frank's restaurant in the building. Great for larger family or smaller group. Queen Pullout couch, Queen bunk bed with twin on top and another twin. Dated decor but location x3!
