Our quaint town, 8 miles north of Mt. Washington, is a prime location for everything outdoors: year round HIKING, (1.7 miles to AT) & BIKING trails, 100s of groomed ATV/snowmobile trails, swim, fish, canoe, kayak and tube the pristine rivers, waterfalls & emerald pools and SKI THE SKI RESORTS within 10-30 miles. The small town of Gorham caters to tourists: a dozen great restaurants, antique & gift shops, railroad museum, opera house & town common all within easy walking distance of the studio.

This authentic, luxury treehouse was designed by B'Fer Roth, DIY Network TV host of The Treehouse Guys and built by the Treehouse Guys. Nestled in the woods on a quiet, private rd with no neighbors in sight, the treehouse is just 15 minutes to Sunday River Ski Resort, 5 minutes to Mt. Abram and 10 minutes to downtown Bethel. The treehouse is abutted by 626 acres of Bucks Ledge Community Forest (7 miles of hiking/snowshoeing trails accessible from the treehouse).

You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the location, the views and all the outdoor activities in the western mountains of Maine.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). In season you can enjoy fresh vegetables from our gardens.

Sunny Studio Cabin Near Sunday River - Hike -Bike

Conveniently located on rte 2 it is 15 mins to Sunday River, Mt. Abram, and the village of Bethel. An easy drive to explore the White Mountains and Grafton Notch. The property was originally part of a potato field, offering wide open space and seasonal view of the Androscoggin River. Bald eagles have been observed on the river and flying above the field. Just past the main house, the guest cabin makes a sunny comfy home base to discover western Maine.

Hiking, ATVing, sight seeing, skiing, fishing, kayaking, all right here! This cozy suite is within walking distance to the town center which has a beautiful park and good eating and drinking. There is plenty of parking and ATV's are welcome. Sleeps 4 with a full sized bed and sleeper sofa!

The entire house is yours, easy Self Entry Doors, located on US Rt 2 and Androscoggin River, nestled in a Mountain Valley. Summer activities: Appalachian Mountain Hiking (Grafton Notch State Park) , Mountain Biking, River Public Boat launch, Kayak & Paddle Board Rentals, Gem & Mineral Museum, Golf Courses, Covered Bridges great Restaurants and Breweries. We go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. (Please note our mattress is FIRM and there is a long flight of outdoor stairs to access the suite.)
