We had a great stay at this cabin. The area was beautiful and a perfect location within the national forrest to ride sxs. The back deck was a perfect spot to relax and unwind. We can't wait to book our next stay!

This is one of my favorite Airbnb experiences ever. The cabin was so cozy and had everything we could have needed. What a great jumping off point for a fun visit to the Buffalo River!

It was a perfect relaxing weekend getaway. Everything was as described. Hot tub was amazing. Place was clean with lots of extra supplies.

This cabin was an amazing getaway! Its location is perfect—plenty to do with the mountains and river nearby. And the cabin is also the perfect place to relax and do nothing. We enjoyed the lovely views from the hot tub and ate every meal on the porch. The beds were comfy, the bathroom had plenty of towels, and the kitchen had enough amenities to cook everything we needed. The overall retro vibe of the place made it even more cozy. Not difficult to find either and only a short time spent driving on a gravel road. The hosts include an amazingly thorough guide of the area, including dozens of restaurants, hikes, and attractions. You can tell they put a lot of love and thought into hosting. We will definitely be back if possible and have already recommended this place to friends and family :)

We booked a couples trip (4 people) in preparation for a wedding later this year + a birthday celebration and let me say - this cabin was everything we could've asked for. We felt so pampered, the place is luxurious, and the hosts obviously put in a lot of effort to make guests feel at home. The cleanliness, thoughtfulness, comfort, and beauty of the cabin 100% made it ok that there is no microwave here. Wish we could've stayed longer. Overall, this was our favorite AirBnB stay. 10/10 would recommend! *We recommend you download directions, service is extremely spotty and WiFi at cabin is weak at times (it stormed a good portion of our stay). Also (possibly my phone issue) the house manual and directions link via Airbnb website seemed inoperable, but all is self explanatory and host is very responsive and clear.

This was a very secluded, quiet and peaceful location. It was clean and very comfortable. WiFi worked great which was important since there was no phone service for several miles. The hot tub was great. I suggest having offline maps available to navigate the area. I used my Gaia service which was extremely handy. Follow the hosts suggestions on bringing all the food and supplies for your stay since Ponca is a 45 minute drive.

Beautiful place with lots to do very close whether canoeing the Buffalo or hiking.

This was definitely home away from home! The cabin is in a beautiful private area that really made us feel like we were lost in the woods. We enjoyed the bonfire making smores, and star gazing at night. The cabin itself was just perfect. Very cozy and clean. We went the day after Christmas so we truly loved and appreciated the festive decorations and the Christmas tree. Lots of hiking and beautiful scenic areas. Wish I could have stayed longer. Thank you Dianne for such a wonderful experience. We will be back again.

Absolutely beautiful location, incredibly responsive hosts, close proximity to trails. We would definitely stay again.

We loved the peace and solitude of Tall Pine Grove. We explored the creeks and trails on the property and spent most of our time outside. We brought headlamps for after dark exploring and were able to find a very cool milk snake. We didn’t want to leave!

The cabin was a great break from the city. We brought a full size blow-up mattress and were very comfortable. Communication was very clear, prompt, hospitable, and above and beyond. All our needs were anticipated and we had a lovely trip exploring the area. Hawksbill Crag and Glory Hole waterfall are worth the visit. I am sure we will be back again!

We planned this as a 4-day waterfall chasing adventure and Dennis and Naomi were incredibly helpful in accommodating our needs, providing us with a list of the 5 best waterfalls to see and providing us with several interactive maps that were developed by a notable "waterfall chaser". As our rental period approached, the weather forecast showed cold and rainy for our entire 4-day stay. We decided to follow through with the rental and Dennis provided additional tips on hiking in the rain. Then, I threw out my back the day before our trip was to start, but once again we decided to follow through. We arrived late at night but with Dennis' guidance were able to find Big Oak Cabin with no trouble at all. Dennis further assisted by providing a list of the 5 best short and easy waterfall trails. Dennis was extremely responsive to other requests for assistance. The vacation turned out to be one of the most memorable we've had. thank you Dennis and Naomi!!

We loved our stay at Little Goose. Easy to locate (of course we had been next door last year). It was private just like we had hoped for. The furnishings were great, comfortable beds and living room area furniture. Easy to get to town and find all the great adventure areas to explore. Remember do not miss getting a meal from the Ozark Cafe in Jasper their food and serve is excellent! Thank you to Rebecca. PS : Hubby did tighten up bathroom door latch that we found loose and I dropped off a couple of new spices as some are getting old....NO Charge. LOL Thank you again for a great Week.

We had the coziest stay at their cabin this weekend! It was so comfortable and we slept great after all the hiking we did in the cold. We are so grateful for this little oasis in the beautiful woods and we would definitely recommend this to others and come back again!

Cabin was secluded and offered for a great place to unwind and relax, with a beautiful view from the back porch, plenty of space to explore for ourselves and our pet. Cabin was very clean and made us feel very at home.

I stay here quite often for work trips and am always equally satisfied with the home and scenery. It has everything I need to cook meals, connect with nature, and relax when I’m finished with my job for the day.

My blue heaven lives up to its name. For me and my friends it provided a perfect secluded retreat. I could also see the potential for a wonderful large family gathering in this magnificent and adaptable home. Whatever the need I highly recommend it!

We had so much fun at this cabin. Very peaceful and love the surroundings. Loved the porch swing and all the trees. So much to do in the area. We definitely hope to be back.

We recently had the pleasure of experiencing this serene cabin nestled in the heart of the Ozarks, a short drive up from Jasper - it was truly an unforgettable experience. The cabin itself is a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and the cozy living area was ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. DSL internet was available, although Starlink would be a good upgrade for the owner to consider. One of the highlights was the proximity to the Little Buffalo River. The views are breathtaking - go down to the guest cabin if foliage is blocking the view from the house - and it was fun to explore the grounds and path down to the river, which had a variety of trees, rock, floodplain, and even a swimming area near the embankment. Whether you're looking to swim, kayak, or simply sit by the water with a good book, this location offers it all.​ We hope to return!

We are so happy with our stay! The house is beautiful and its sorounding so peaceful. The jacuzzi is a plus and the Buffalo river is 6 miles away (15-20 min) two local stores close by. My family was very happy and we had a very good time. Plenty of room and beautiful view.

Tracy was very helpful in information we needed for our stay! The place was beautiful and very clean! We'll definitely be back!
