The property has its own cottage garden as well as a private riverbank woodland from where you can fish - or relax by the water and watch the local wildlife.

Offering Kitchen / living room c/w wood burner, TV/DVD, patio doors to private patio BBQ area, bedroom, ensuite shower/toilet/basin under floor heating throughout. Ideal for romantic breaks, couple holidays, anyone with a passion for gardens, or wanting to totally unwind in secluded surroundings. Electric Car charging point available.

It has transport links to Bideford and Barnstaple and Westward Ho! and Instow beaches are a 20 minute drive. It has a beautiful south facing aspect, with stunning views towards Dartmoor. it has a private front courtyard and entrance. This is a dog friendly space but never leave your pet unattended in the cottage.
