Quaint gambrel styled smaller home with most of the amenities you'd expect for a great stay at a great price! This house is tucked behind my shop and is very private and secure. It offers availability to large groups when coupled with 'The White House', our other Airbnb rental. This is a quiet, comfortable home with everything you need to relax and unwind. The driveway is gated and the area is fenced. There is a yard with outdoor furniture and a fire pit. There are many flowers and shade trees. The home is five minutes from town and between two rivers. We live next door and are available as needed. Please note the bedrooms are upstairs and the stairs are quite steep. There’s a picture of the stairs in the photo section. We look forward to your visit soon!

Settled amongst 13 acres of property with abundant wildlife and Alaskan views. This property has several cabins of which you will have one entirely to yourself. One bedroom apartment above the garage located on a 5 acre quiet lot just five minutes from downtown Kenai, five minutes from beach access and fifteen minutes from (URL HIDDEN) This unit has a new queen bed, DirecTv, Full bathroom, Private entrance & is fully furnished with dishes, pots & pans, silverware etc. You might notice a slight lean to the building when you arrive. Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.
