The house, views and host are all great, this is a very good option to stay at Oni Two minor things you should take into account staying here in winter: You need to support the fireplace for all the rooms to be heated properly (especially second floor) The final 100 meters of the road to the house are very steep and not every car can get there, however host was ready to give us a ride Overall it was a great choice, me and my friends had a great time, thank you Beso and Niko!

Zura was a fantastic host – always available, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The apartment is perfectly located right on the main street in the city centre, making everything easily accessible. Highly recommend staying here for a comfortable and convenient experience!

The apartment is new, clean, well-equipped and comfortable. It is well located, with several grocery stores and bakers within a two minute walk and the bars and restaurants off the old city centre within a ten minute walk. Sophia, the host, was very friendly and helpful

Я искала уединенный комфортный уют, с большими окнами из которых открывался бы отличный вид. На солнечной стороне. И домик Сабы был абсолютным воплощением моего запроса. Одинокий домик на холме, в окружении яблонь, вдали от всего. Очень тихо и спокойно. Идеально, чтобы отдохнуть и просто наслаждаться окружением. Можно разводить костер, печку, валяться в гамаке, гулять по лесочку. Сам домик опрятный, аккуратный. Всё новое. Внутри всё из дерева: пол, стены, потолок. Мягкая комфортная кровать. Хлопковое белье. Очень теплые одеяла. Кондиционер не над кроватью. Хороший душ. Никакой живности в доме. В общем, есть всё что необходимое для проживания без забот. Видно, что хозяева старались и строили домик с душой. И сами хозяева - замечательные люди. Мы будто приехали к дальним родственникам. С ними было легко и приятно общаться. Помогали нам во всех вопросах и были очень радушны. Всё это оставило теплое впечатление, и большое желание приехать ещё. Спасибо! Надеюсь, ещё увидимся :)

Such a great place — we enjoyed every minute of it! There were three of us staying here. It’s located near the river with an amazing garden. The atmosphere is super chill and cozy. There’s a fireplace inside, and we made a fire there in the evenings. On top of that, there’s a family-owned restaurant with delicious traditional Georgian food. I’m definitely saving this place to my favorites — and I’ll for sure be back!

Nice houses on large private property with plenty of privacy, unless you count unexpected visits by stay dogs and grazing cows. The kitchens were sufficiently equipped, bedding and towels provided for all guests. Unfortunately, the shower isn't blocked off by a curtain or glass wall, so the whole bathroom is flooded whenever someone took a shower. The dining tables could be bigger (and also nicer). The last bit of the street leading to the house is unpaved. A car without 4x4 could have trouble getting in or out when it's muddy after strong rain. Sadly, it was too early in the season (Easter) for us to benefit from the pool, but it looked lovely and would certainly be very enjoyable in the summer. Overall we had a pleasant stay and were very please with the communication. Some details of the houses could be improved to better match the rates.

Очень все понравилось! Комната соответствует картинкам, было очень чисто, что для нас очень важно! Хозяйва очень приятные и отзывчивые! На участке есть спуск к речке, где можно насладиться природой и воздухом. Можно заказать завтрак, обед или ужин у хозяев, цены лояльные и очень вкусно) Рекомендуем к приезду! It is clean and everything you need is provided. The toilet and bathroom are clean. The bedroom is comfortable with air conditioning and a fireplace in the winter. The garden is a private space surrounded by a fence so no other people or animals can get in.

Останавливались в этой квартире во время поездки в Кутаиси - всё было просто замечательно! Квартира чистая, уютная и полностью соответствует описанию. Есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Хозяйка очень гостеприимная, доброжелательная и всегда была на связи, готова помочь по любым вопросам. Нам было приятно здесь остановиться - чувствовали себя как дома.
