Good responsive host. Would have liked to use the top floor which was closed off. House clean and modern, little bit cold in winter. For a month long stay and price, would have liked a weekly cleaning service included for the price. Bit expensive, but a good house and would use again. Many thanks.

BBQや焚火は使いやすく、室内も清潔で過ごしやすかったです。また利用したいと思いました。

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Fuji Irodori. From the check in to our stay and to the check out, everything was clearly instructed with no confusion. The villa has all the amenities and things that were listed in the information and we really felt at home. The biggest plus in the forever Mt. Fuji view right outside the kitchen and the sitting area outside. With the cherry blossom tree as well, the view was really picturesque. Like everyone has mentioned, the turning to the entrance of the road is quite tight but I was able to manage it with Toyota Noah and it’s manageable as long as you are vigilant. Definitely my must stay place, if I’m ever in the locality.

2家族で利用いたしました。 宿泊前の説明などとても丁寧で安心して利用できました！ 外のバーベキューもとても良い感じでした♪ ハンモックに子供は大興奮でした、 油断して　薄着で行ってしまった私が悪いのですが夜は本当に寒くて、春でも夜は冷えるので 暖かい服を持って行くことをお勧めします。

We really liked the stay in Warabi. The location is great, really close to 7/11 and Warabi station both in a 5 min walking time. The house itself was clean and well furnished.

Very peaceful, very clean place! It's just a short train trip away from Tokyo. The host is very kind and responds quickly to questions. It's a reasonable price, too! Highly recommended if you wanna check out the Saitama City area and Tokyo as well.

My family had a great stay at Yuanwen's place. The place was clean and spacious. Though the exterior may look a bit quiet, but once you get into the apartment, it is very cozy and homely. There is a 7 eleven and laundry shop nearby, so it is extremely convenient. The train station is a short walk away and just 2 stops from Shinjuku. There are stairs to climb to the apartment, but was not an issue for my family as we do not have elderly travelling with us. Overall, it was a great choice for our holiday!😊

Fantastic location, good value for money, easy to walk to restaurants and shops, multiple metro stops nearby. Although there is a dining table that seats 9, there is no comfortable sitting area. No problem for us as we were out most of the time. 2 toilets and 1 bathroom was fine for the 4 of us, but would be limiting if there were 9 adults staying. However, this is a very good value apartment in a quiet residential neighbourhood with easy access to the rest of Tokyo.

We enjoyed our stay at this place. The place itself was clean and everything was just like in the pictures. We felt right at home. It's easy to find thanks to Xuan's descriptions. Public transport is within walking distance, same as stores and restaurants. There is nothing much to say other than we would like to come back if we ever visit Japan again!

４月に訪問させていただきました。 リビングは今風なおしゃれな空間で居心地が良く、寝室は長年利用されてきた和室を改装したものとのことで、いわゆる日本文化を感じる落ちつく空間でした（祖父母の家を思い出しました）。また、洗面所や浴室も非常に清潔でした。 近隣にはパン屋やスーパーがあり、ちょっとした買い物に困ることはありませんでした。また、近くの飲食店で「ほうとう」などのその土地ならではの郷土料理を堪能できたのもよかったです。またまた近くには公園があり、今回は園内を走ったのみのため利用しませんでしたが、アスレチックなど多様なアクティビティがあるようで自然と触れ合う機会も多そうです。また、少し足を延ばして訪れた山の上にある温泉では、街を一望できる絶景を満喫することができました。 施設の付随設備であるバスケットボールコートは清潔かつ本格的で、初心者からプロ志向の方まで満足できるクオリティです。私は東京在住で長くバスケットボールを嗜んでいますが、これだけのクオリティのコートはそう見れるものではないと思いました。ボールの種類（サイズ）も豊富なため、家族や友人と気軽に楽しむのにも最適でした。運動後にウッドデッキで風を感じながらのんびりとした時間を過ごすことができたことも、素晴らしい体験でした。 ホストの方が非常にフレンドリーで、近場のおすすめスポットやアクティビティの提案をしてくださったことも大きな助けになりました。細やかな気配りに心から感謝しています。今回は友人と訪問しましたが、次回は家族で訪問したいと考えています。

I stayed for two months. The apartment has plenty of space for one person and it is perfectly equipped even for light cooking. Everything was clean and felt new. The location was superb! Just a few minutes walk to the nearest metro station and I was on my way to Shinjuku, for example. Also lots of cozy places to eat, with convenience stores and supermarkets nearby. Mr. Jun san was very kind as a host, quickly responded to any questions and provided plenty of information about check-in/check-out.

Lina was very helpful when we got lost due to the street being blocked off. She met us by the road blockage and showed us the way to the house. She was very responsive and helpful and would recommend. Great area, within walking distance of 2 train stations, and many restaurants.

Loved our stay at Akira's property. It was the perfect location, quiet yet a short train ride into the city. Well suited for our group of 7 people. Bathrooms were clean and beds were very cosy. Would definitely stay again.

très bel appartement, moderne , fonctionnel, dans une rue animée le jour et extrêmement calme la nuit ! idéalement placé, proche d'une des station de la ligne Yamanote Line . Accès facile à l arrivée grâce aux instructions très claires de Ken. Hôte très réactif et disponible en cas de besoin. nous y retournerons sans hésiter !

Doors to the room are plain curtains. Walls are rough so going up the stairs may damage ur clothing, and the stairs are painful to step on without slippers especially when you're carrying heavy luggage. Found it abit dusty, but it's at hard to clean areas. Other than that, it's hard to beat the price.

Billy’s lovely Airbnb was just perfect. Great location; loved the neighborhood. Very peaceful, tucked away from the hustle and bustle; but just a few minutes walk to the Hatagaya train station and all of Tokyo accessible. My favorite time in Tokyo was wandering through the nearby neighborhoods. Loved Sunday Bake Shop and Paddler’s Coffee; both just a short walk away. Two markets with everything you could ever need seconds (Lawson) to one minute away (larger grocery store with great produce and fresh sushi). Billy was the perfect host- so communicative; we had zero issues the whole trip. The space is very clean and comfortable; really great shower. Thank you Billy for hosting us. Can’t wait to come back to Tokyo!

Love staying here. Feels right at home. Everything is super clean and Kim was very helpful and such a great host, with fast responses and actions. Kim definitely took the extra step and service for her guests. The place is spacious with every furniture near brand new. My family and I definitely loved the laundry/ dryer machine 🤩🤩 it’s amazing and allow us to not worry about not enough change of clothing’s. Kim is super friendly and will help you in any way she can, not limited to restaurants recommendations or closest transport to Shinjuku or even given visual directions to help you find the closest supermarket. She made traveling with a big group of family a breeze. Thank you Kim, will definitely stay again next time I’m in Tokyo.

非常好的一次民宿体验，房东非常热情主动，为我们规划机场到民宿的最佳路线。在此还要特别感谢房东，因为我们预定去机场的包车司机睡过头了，联系不上让我们手足无措，凌晨四点也打不到车，无奈和房东联系，他立马来帮助我们，非常感谢。

非常喜欢，很理想的房子，狗狗这两天可开心了，谢谢。周边有超市，非常方便。

I had a great stay in Shigeru san's room. It's everything I needed it to be, and was incredibly conveniently located near the train station. I would happily stay again!
