Nika war eine sehr nette Gastgeberin.Wir waren in der Osterwoche da und sie hat das Haus sogar liebevoll mit Osterdekoration geschmückt.Das Haus liegt in einer wunderschönen ruhigen und zentralen Lage.Der Garten mit der Terasse ist sehr gemütlich. Die Zimmer waren toll eingerichtet und in den Betten haben wir wunderbar geschlafen. Liebe Nica Wir würden immer wieder dein Haus buchen. Clean and beautiful home with cozy furniture. Great location, super close to downtown and the music district. Neighborhood was cute with lots of mature trees. Our 5 human 2 dog group fit perfectly and were comfortable. Fenced-in yard was appreciated by the dogs and we loved the back porch. There was some road noise outside, pretty much unavoidable in this area, couldn't really notice it inside. Thank you for the 10/10 experience, would stay again!

Visiting nearby family for the holiday and David’s place was the perfect choice for our family. Spacious, clean and will accommodate whatever TV shows you might be binging or sports you just can’t miss. Wish the weather was nicer to test out the pool. It surely looked inviting. Close to the beltway and 77, grocery stores and restaurants when needed. Would definitely recommend and come back again. David was a very responsive host!

Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We were comfortable and felt right at home. Our kids especially loved the swings and the big tree out front.

Tara's Airbnb was the perfect place to stay while visiting Charlotte. In a very central location the airbnb is on a quiet street with lovely yard and outdoor space, close to the city center. The place was clean and spacious with plenty of beds. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the bathrooms were spotless. This place is beautifully decorated and it really felt like a home away from home. Parking was so easy and Tara and Ali were easy to communicate with and check in was so smooth. We were so lucky to stay here and can’t wait to come back.

Michael and Lima were both great hosts. Their house is on a quiet street and within walking distance of just about everything you could need in uptown. Would definitely stay here again.

A 5 star stay! Everything went so great, including arriving well after dark but the instructions were great and the motion lighting worked perfectly. The place is cute, clean and so comfortable. My wife especially raved about the linens, the towels and the washcloths - some of the fluffiest ever. Jodi is great, both with communication and setting up a unique space filled with her pottery. We only saw Jodi briefly, as we were very busy with family Easter activities. But she seems very friendly and helpful. We visit our grandkids in Charlotte often, and will definitely be back to stay with Jodi.

Absolutely recommend. So spacious, welcoming and warm. Great location - was 15 min to Mercy Hospital where I was visiting family. Felt private as it’s a giant one bedroom apartment above the garage, which is a separate building. Large rooms including huge shower!

This is the cutest little Airbnb close enough to all the fun things you may want to do during your stay in Charlotte! We loved our time and hope to stay again!! Rene is a wonderful host too. Very responsive to messages sent, and easy to communicate with. She checks in often enough that you feel cared for, but not so often that it feels invasive — just the right balance. She makes the space homey & sets everything up so when you arrive and check in, it feels just like walking into a home away from home. It’s clean, spacious, and has everything you might need — even things for cooking all your meals from scratch!! We highly recommend this little spot.

My husband is from Kannapolis and we were thete visiting his family, and our 30th wedding anniversary was also during the visit. One of our nephews recommended Kyle's airbnb as a suggestion for our anniversary. Kyle responded to our booking request, and immediately accommodated us when we ask to extend our stay another day. That's how much we enjoyed it! The apartment is beautifully decorated and is in the heart of downtown Kannapolis walking distance to the baseball stadium, home to the Kannapolis Cannon Ballers, restaurants, cafés, boutiques, ice cream, and a gourmet popcorn store. Kyle's airbnb is now at the top of our list for places to stay while visiting Kannapolis.

Great stay at Sandra's place! Enjoyed the peaceful, safe neighborhood located about 10min from Main Street Fort Mill and 15-20min to Baxter Village. Place was well suited for myself, wife and our toddler. Though was snug and no bath, it was well equipped and functional. And overall a good value ! Lastly, hosts were kind and attentive. Our daughter loved seeing and feeding the chickens.

Very nice place to stay. Clean and private. Only issue I had was using the blue tooth lock on the door, that's my fault for being so out of touch with technology. I contacted Brian and he immediately gave me an alternate way of entry.

THIS PLACE WAS PERFECT... ONE OF THE BEST I'VE EVER STAID IN. WYNN RESPONDED IN A TIMELY MATTER. THE PLACE WAS CLEAN AND HAD EVERYTHING I NEEDED. I BOOKED THIS LAST MINUTE AND WAS SO WORRIED SOMETHING WAS GOING TO GO WRONG, BUT IT DIDN'T. THANKS SOOO MUCH WYNN.

The apartment was as described. We needed somewhere we could stay and walk to a local music festival. This location was perfect for that. We parked when we got there and didn’t move the car until check out.

Prime location near everything we wanted to do! Was a very nice and clean spot, would stay again!

What a great trip. I was in town for a convention and decided not to stay at the hotel. The place was in an amazing location, I walked to the days meetings, got coffee in my way. Plenty of food options, really no need for a car at all, I took an Uber only once. The hosts made it super easy to check in and even allowed me to check in much earlier than I originally expected due to a flight change. Highly recommend this stay and the hosts. -M

Linda Beth was an excellent host! The place was well decorated, clean and close to restaurants and the lake. She was extremely friendly and was super responsive to all our needs. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for a scheduled surgery for one of us. The location is perfect, close to hospitals and a lovely walkable area. Hosts were exceptional. My wife had trouble with the keycode access to the space once, and one of the team showed up within a few minutes of her calling them to help her.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable - plus a great value for the money. Easy drive access most anywhere in Charlotte, and walking distance for uptown. Eugenie was also accommodating with check-in and date adjustment which was greatly appreciated. As others noted, it is bright in the morning (worth the trade off for the bright space during the day), there is some mild neighbor noise (not super loud) and smells in the hallway, but not at all in the apartment. All as described and even better space/comfort than expected. Definitely recommend.
