The cabin sits 60m from the regional train line, but don't let this deter you. The trains will peak your interest as they roll by, and the beautiful leafy-green outlook will allow you to immerse yourself in peaceful relaxation.

Downstairs is a bedroom, two bathrooms and a sunny spacious courtyard Fully air conditioned, with ceiling fans. This boutique complex has direct access to a quiet sandy beach.The riverside pool is shared by four townhouses. Hastings Street and Gympie Terrace are within easy walking distance. It's pet-friendly subject to approval.

Mirembe Cottage: 45 acres of peace

Mirembe is a Ugandan word meaning peace and tranquillity; this perfectly describes our 45 acre property. The cottage is privately set on the edge of our forest: Sit on the verandah watching the kangaroos, search the trees for koalas; at night look to the sky to see the million stars, fireflies in the creek or into the firepit flames. Take a stroll through our private trails: Nature surrounds you. Breakfast food supplied, and a few locally made frozen dinners in the freezer- but not free.

Adorable Doonan hide away

The hide away is nestled amongst silver gums and other native flora situated on our 3-acre property which backs onto a nature reserve. This means there is ample opportunity to spot our local wildlife residents undisturbed such as parrots, frogs, echidnas, kangaroos and possums. This private retreat is ideal for those who want the calm and serenity of the bush and fresh air while also being a close drive or bike ride to Peregian beach, Eumundi and Noosa on the Sunshine Coast.

Tewantin Pool House

This cozy guesthouse is tucked away in a quiet spot, offering a peaceful retreat. The absence of a TV keeps it quiet. It's perfectly compact (25msq); right in my backyard, with direct access to the pool, where you can unwind or take a refreshing dip. A friendly Labrador (dog) roams the premises, bringing a bit of charm & cheer to the setting. Sorry, no children allowed due to direct pool access. It's a charming retreat for two to relax and unwind.

Your laneway gives you your own private space as the open area in front of the house is not available to use.
