Hytta på Åsen

Liten hytte med sjarm på Øståsen i Vikersund. 40 min gange oppover fra parkeringsplassen. Her råder det enkle liv uten strøm og vann. Veien opp er en fin tur, litt tung enkelte partier. Anbefaler å gå opp før det blir mørkt. Husk gode sko og varme klær. På toppen venter premien, flatt og fint med nydelig utsikt:) Køyeseng på kjøkkenet, sovesofa i stuen. De store vinduene sørger for en panoramautsikt utover landskapet og nattehimmelen. Bygget i massivtre, med et areal på 27 m2, gir den akkurat plass til det du trenger for en avslappende tur vekk fra hverdagen. Ønsker du aktivitet kan du leie elsykler, rusle ned til klatreparken eller utforske nærmiljøet.

Svært gode solforhold, kveldsol og vakre solnedganger. Alt på hytta kan disponeres, båt med elektrisk påhengsmotor, kajakk og kano. Det er en grunn og barnevennlig sandstrand. 10-12 meter ut er det gode dypdeforhold. Gode fiskemuligheter, med forskjellige lokale fiskeslag TVen er tilkoblet med Apple TV

Leiligheten har en fantastisk beliggenhet med sjøutsikt midt i Svelvik sentrum. Gangavstand til alle fasiliteter som restauranter, butikker, serveringssteder, badeplasser mm. Leiligheten har fasiliteter som vannbåren varme, vaskemaskin, oppvaskmaskin, kjøleskap, fryser, komfyr (induksjon), Smart-TV og trådløst WiFi. Sengen i soverom til venstre er 1,5 meter bred og sengen i soverom til høyre er 1,20 m bred. Velkommen til Svelvik, en perle ofte beskrevet som Sørlandets nordligste by.

Cosy cabin with fantastic view

Cosy cabin with a great view. 200 meters to the nearest beach and 800 meters to a big public beach. Sun from 8 am to 10 pm in the summer. Large terrace on three levels. Kitchen holds a modern standard. Main cabin holds to bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a single bed), living room, dining area (with a kitchen sofa that can be made in to a double bed) and kitchen. Second cabin is the bathroom and third cabin is a bedroom. Note: The third cabin is without electricity.

Hytta har privat terasse, 1 bad og 1 soverom + sovesofa i stue med tilsammen 4 sengeplasser. The cabin is a part of a half acre large property "Krislund", situated in a quiet place, 200 m from the beach, in an area with old houses and large gardens. View towards Oslo. The ferry to Oslo goes regulary from the tip of Nesodden, 20 min walk. 25 min drive to the amusementpark "Tusenfryd". We live in the mainhouse of the property. Optimal for two persons, possible with four. (The loft-bed is a bit claustrophobic dough fully sized)
