THE WINE AND SOMETHING MORE We will visit a stunning old winery where you will discover more about viticulture, winemaking and wine aging. You will learn about technical specifications of Douro Wines and their Terroir. Tasting their wines is embracing the whole region by feeling its aromas, flavours and complexity. NOT JUST WINE Before lunch, nothing fits better than 1 hour private cruise enjoying the breathtaking views with tasty snacks and drink. In this experience, you will visit the unparalleled DOURO VALLEY, the first-denominated wine region in the world and a world heritage site by UNESCO. The day starts at our meeting point and then we will be heading to the Valley. For the drive we will do a loop around the valley to better see and enjoy all the different landscapes, first driving through the N323 with all the astonishing viewpoints of the valley and where we have the first stop, a small winery from a local producer to try his regular wines (reds and whites from the region) and olive oil. The second stop is at Pinhão for a typical Portuguese lunch at a local tavern with great options for Vegans and Vegetarians. Still in Pinhão, we have a 1-hour mini-cruise in a typical Rabelo boat along the astonishing Douro River with the Valley as a background view (the boat cruise is shared with other groups). The journey will continue through the National Road 222, one of the most iconic roads in Portugal, winner of the "World's Best Driving Road Award", which will take us to the second winery for more tasting, parings and story tales from the wineries owners. After that, we will return to Porto and arrive to Porto at around 6:00 PM.

Hosting is a passion and I have been doing this all my life with friends and family and so to call it a job: is a dream come true. To start our experience, we will talk a little bit about me and my family since this is a recipe that belongs to my grandmothers and we have been doing it for years, so you can understand the uniqueness and how lucky I was when growing up eating these amazing Pastéis. This is a hands-on class, we will bake everything from scratch as a group with my help! That is the most important part, we will create the most delicious Pastel de Nata because we will put lots of love, time and care into them. Everybody will help, we will take turns and I will give you a lot of fun facts regarding the story about them and who created Keep in mind: You don't need to be a baker to do this experience - the recipe is simple and I will guide you through all the process. Babies and toddlers are not allowed since we deal with hot liquids, very hot oven, knifes and my house as a lot of art that breaks. Only children above 6 years old are allowed in the experience.

OUR GOAL IS FOR YOU TO HAVE AN EXCELLENT SURFING EXPERIENCE, whether it's your first time trying surfing or you are trying to advance your skills. We'll get suited up in the wetsuits I provide, grab the surfboards and head down to the sand. This experience is for Small Groups (MAXIMUM 8 PARTICIPANTS per COACH) from total beginners surfers. For the first 15 minutes we’ll be training on the beach, then the rest of the classe with an instructor in the ocean. Other things to note A container to change clothes (NOT IN THE STREET) and safe space to store your belongings (NOT IN A CAR). At the end of the lesson you have access to an outdoor shower. Learn how to make the famous "Pastel de Nata", so that you can return home and enjoy the traditional Portuguese pastries made by you. While learning how to bake traditional pastries, you can taste a regional wine and learn about Portuguese culture and history through a gastronomic conversation. Once it's ready, it's time to enjoy the learning results with some warm pastries! In this experience, the host will give the participants the opportunity to alternately participate in the different phases of making the pastel de nata. If you want to participate in all stages of the making, please contact us for a private session. Any child aged 12 or over need to reserve an adult seat. Visit 3 producers tasting 7 Port wines and become an expert! With a local guide you'll be able to enter 3 different producers, with different concepts and the best wines! Learn about the production process with experienced guides and see from small barrels to wooden vats with thousands of liters to understand how the wine ages. Taste amazing wines! PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO * *The tiles you paint during the workshop will need to be fired in a ceramic oven and WILL BE READY FOR COLLECTION THE DAY AFTER THE WORKSHOP BETWEEN 4 PM AND 5 PM. You can arrange to collect them on another day during our opening hours (please check them on Googl_ Maps).* * Covering facades with tiles became very popular in Portugal during 19th and 20th centuries and is now one of the most beautiful and unique heritages of the world. During this Tile Painting Workshop you will learn the highlights of the history of this heritage, how this beautiful tiles were painted traditionally and will have the chance to paint tile replicas of Porto (or your own design). This workshop is perfect for tile lovers. You will take home the best memory of your trip to this beautiful city. Every participant will paint 2 tiles. Don't worry, no artistic skills are required :) IMPORTANT - This workshop is suitable for children +10. - Due to limited space, additional individuals who were not included in the original booking may not be present in the workshop. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. - We have a dog, Ulisses, who is sometimes in the workshop. He is small and friendly.
