This beautiful little tree house has been our pandemic project. In October 2020, we bought the home next door and began our adventure. Our Squak Mt. chalet offers a truly unique sense of privacy and tranquility in the lush green canopy of Squak Mountain. Guests enter the home by a cascading waterfall. There are two 28 foot cedar decks (hammock) and a spacious open great room featuring a gas fireplace and kitchen. Walking distance to downtown Issaquah and hiking trails. Perfect for long stays.

This adorable 2 bedroom cottage has river access, a fire pit, a great swimming hole and is a few hops to a gorgeous beach. Views from all 5 floors of this rustic hand built treasure, get away in our secluded ocean view, lake waterfront home. Perched just above Picnic Point Lake, descend stairs to the lake waterfront clearing to relax. Our house is unique; the front door has a tree archway, rounded hobbit doors on the side room and front garage. Hand made treasure with 3 decks/balconies or take a stroll to Picnic Point Park for Ocean access. We get a lot of trains! Regularly through day, 2-4 at night.
