Great place to stay.. especially if attending an event at the West Conference Center! It’s right across the street which was very convenient. Just steps away from the beach as well.

Everything was very well appointed with an attention to detail. Enjoyed being only a three minute walk to the beach in an area that doesn’t get as crowded as the pier area. Being just a short walk to Bert’s and the many restaurants was very convenient. A pleasant stroll home after dinner did us good.

This was the perfect space for me, my husband and 3 year old. The condo was spotless and included everything we needed for our stay, from coffee to beach toys and chairs. The balcony provided great views of the beach and we spotted dolphins while drinking coffee out there in the mornings. The beach, pier, pool, restaurants and shops were all within walking distance. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend Nikki’s place.

Great place on folly! It had everything we needed for a fun weekend at the beach. Very short walk onto the beach and an easy (~15 minute) walk to the main strip area.

We stayed 3 nights at Jill’s place. The neighborhood was quiet and was wonderful for taking walks. We arrived at night but with the help of the instructions provided we were able to find the apartment. Inside the house we had everything we needed and loved such as luggage racks, great towels and linens, reliable Wi-Fi and ample bathroom counter space. We didn’t do a lot of cooking but the dishes and appliances worked for us. There’s a very tiny area in the back with a table and chairs and a bbq. We found the mattress a little too firm for us but that’s really a matter of preference. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

We had a fantastic stay, but what truly made it unforgettable were the wonderful hosts. From the moment we arrived, they went out of their way to make us feel welcome—sharing great local tips and thoughtful touches like homemade banana bread that made it feel like home. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The location was ideal for exploring, with plenty of places just a short walk away. We also loved seeing their friendly dogs—they brought so much joy. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

We were losing faith in the airbnb system because the homes were not what was described. Maura and Todd took great care of us and the home was wonderful. They helped us to celebrate a special occasion and sent a small surprise. That was truly a first. If we needed anything it was provided. Great location and a peaceful stay. Thank you for a wonderful time.

We had the most wonderful stay at this beachfront Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, our host was incredibly accommodating, making sure all our needs were met. The house was exactly what we were looking for – a relaxing, lowkey getaway for our family by the beach. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the sand, and the home itself was well-equipped for a peaceful weekend. It had everything we needed to unwind, from the cozy couch to the backyard for evening hangouts. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet beach retreat!

We loved our stay here, would definitely recommend. The house is in a private community within walking distance to multiple beaches, which is great since we brought our dogs! Definitely worth the price and worth the trip!!! If you are coming without a car, definitely get the amenity pass so you can eat in seabrook. We had a car and there was a grocery within 10-15 minutes. Would love to stay again!

This home needs a little TLC. It's an older home w/a slight musty smell upon entering, my husband has severe allergies to mold & mildew, but he was unaffected, so it must not have been that bad. This home has some little quirks like the washer & dryer are outside in a garage (that area was very clean), the dishwasher is portable & needs to be hooked up to the sink & plugged in (we didn't use it since we mostly ate out) & you can't run the microwave & toaster oven at the same time. The box springs to the beds were old, but the mattresses were decent & comfortable. There is no theme as to the decor, which made it very interesting, with finding something different everyday. With all these little quirks, I am giving it a 5 Star due to the fact that it is a charming little home, was very clean, in a great neighborhood, has private parking, is very close to the beach & area attractions & Rachel was a very responsive host. We had a great time during our stay!

This was the perfect place for our girls weekend in IOP. Very convenient 5 minute walk from the beach and very close drive to Charleston and Mt. Pleasant. The space is even more beautiful in person with comfortable beds and linens as well. Lisa accommodated an early checkin and was responsive when asking about IOP conditions post Hurricane Debby! I definitely recommend staying here!

The house was Amazing ! Definitely a southern charmer . The beach is across the street and very close to the club that has pools and restaurant on the beach . This house includes the access cards which is a great value . The beds were very comfortable , upgraded appliances and beautiful decor . The front screened patio was amazing and we spent most of our time there . Great experience with all Seabrook staff and we would definitely rent again .

This house was great for our family. So close to the beach and downtown area. We loved the large kitchen and outdoor shower. Kevin was a very responsive host, we arrived in town early and he let us know the minute the house was clean to enter. Thanks for a great stay!

This home was absolutely beautiful. It was a perfect walk to the beach. The house had everything we needed. Stephanie was a great host and was great at communication. The location is very nice and we will be back for sure.

Great condo- close to the Sanctuary resort hotel- 10 min walk to the beach and recreation hub. Great spot for tennis…courts out side the condo. Condo was clean- good kitchen…worked great for our family of 3.

Wonderful stay at Folly! Condo was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 2 children. Just a perfect location and space. We loved being able to easily walk to shops, restaurants, playground and pickle ball. Having Charleston so close provided a midweek break from sand and a fun opportunity to explore. We all appreciated the quality of the local restaurants, the touch of easily accessible night life but mostly the gorgeous beach. The unit itself was clean, and very comfortable. Would highly recommend and hope to book this unit again!

Great view of the beach, walking distance to all the restaurants. Great communication from the host. Highly recommend. The wood floors do have a sound as you walk on them, but didn’t really bother us.

We enjoyed our stay! Natalya communicated well and proactively. The condo was cute and well-maintained, and we appreciated the availability of a beach cart to help take our stuff over to the beach. We had everything we needed for several fun days at Isle of Palms!

Amazing stay! Relaxing beach theme vibe . Friendly neighbors and safe place to travel. Owner very responsive , she is very considerate of giving us early check-in as soon as the property became available that day. Our expectation exceeded ! Overall beautiful, safe and comfortable place to stay. We will definitely book again.

Stayed here two nights and it was perfect. Everything was as expected. Beach access was simple, parking was easy. Provided beach chairs were a nice bonus.

Stayed for a few days with our small family. Grateful for the easy walks to the beach and the pool. There was plenty of play gear available for the beach. The kitchen was well stocked for a good cup of coffee and to accommodate some simple meals for our picky children. Great views in the morning, too!

Mary was a terrific hostess. She answered our calls promptly and was so friendly. We appreciated being able to have our dog there.
