The Pool House at Blackburn

Light airy warm self-contained apartment situated on a lifestyle block minutes from Tauranga's CBD. The Pool House has one separate bedroom with 4 built-in bunks good for adults or kids. The main room has a high-end Tilt-away king-size bed with a quality mattress, allowing adults to enjoy evenings and personal space. As we are remediating our land after flood damage we don't have our usual livestock however we are happy for guests to walk and enjoy the property.

Upstairs house/apartment = Beach Front Escape

Upstairs apartment is a large, 2-bedroom house, with spacious living room, tv room, private bathroom and full kitchen. The apartment has its own entrance and private back deck. Right on the beach, a large, light and airy living space (160sqm upstairs house). Backed by native bush with expansive views of the beach and sea/sunrises to the front. Matakatia is a tidal inner harbour beach with safe swimming in summer, and for the brave in winter.

This architecturally designed bach enjoys a private sunny aspect, with stunning views across Lake Rotoiti. It is located in a quiet street surrounded by trees. Bring your boat for trout fishing, trips to the lake-side hot mineral pools and exploring the lake.
