This light and airy cottage is brand new! The large covered deck has a pleasant orchard view and our 48 acre Macadamia farm is a delight to walk. Take a stroll down to the lake for a picnic, spot a platypus, bird watching or just relax and enjoy the serenity. Dunoon is close to Whian Whian State Forrest, Terrania Creek, Minyon Falls, Nimbin, The Channon and a 30min drive to Bangalow and Byron Bay. The well stocked Dunoon General Store is 500m down the road and The Sports Club is a short walk

Frida's Field Cottage

Located on an idyllic 120-acre farm with uninterrupted views of rolling green hills. It's the perfect base to explore the Byron Bay hinterland - Bangalow is just 10-minutes drive away, Byron Bay a further 10-minutes on, and all the most popular destinations are within 25-minutes. The Cottage is a renovated 1890s coach house that is beautifully appointed, combining rustic charm with quality finishes. Be sure to check out the new restaurant Frida's Field that is opening on the same property.

Your studio apartment is completely self contained and not under the same roof as my house , but it is part of the building . You have your own entrance and exclusive use of a section of the timber deck . The space is lockable via the one entry door and security lights are installed outside . The setting is in a very quiet street and next to a beautiful little park , which is home to many birds , a pair of brush turkeys and the occasional koala . Lismore’s CBD is only 4 minutes drive away .

Welcome to "High On The Hill" This fully self contained studio room has everything you need, a quaint little kitchen, bathroom with luxurious large bath, private porch with stunning views, close to transport and shops, centrally located between stunning National Parks 15min and beautiful beaches 30 min, Byron Bay is an hour. The room is located directly under the main house and has its own access Currently not pet friendly as we have fostered a rescue puppy until it finds its forever home.

Crane Cottage - a cute and private studio

The studio is located at the rear of the main house and faces away from it so is quiet and private. There is rear lane entry and covered parking for your vehicle. Amenities include: wifi; a kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker; separate bathroom; tv and dvd player; air conditioning; and a ‘5 star’ king size bed (super comfy!). Basics such as teabags, coffee, milk, and sugar are provided. There is a SPAR supermarket, bottle shop, post office and laundromat 200 metres away.

The Rainforest Guesthouse is a situated in the beautiful sub-tropical rainforest area of the Far North Coast. You are surrounded by gorgeous gardens and 100 metres from our beautiful swimming hole and rainforest. You may spot a koala, platypus or wallaby and you will definitely see many beautiful birds. Sorry no dogs as we have a dog that loves people but not other dogs. 15 minutes to Minyon Falls and the Nightcap National park. 30 minutes to iconic Nimbin. 35 minutes to Byron Bay.

Garden Cottage - one bedroom guesthouse.

One bedroom house in a quiet suburban location perfect for exploring the Byron Shire and the Tweed Shire to the north. Close to beaches, a world class golf course and the many festivals in the area. Separate from the main house with a private entrance. On street parking at the front gate. Accommodation includes bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living area and a small deck. Washing machine and dryer are available in the main house. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking essentials.

Salty Cabin (built in August 2024) located in the Byron Hinterland offers couples a perfect retreat to disconnect and savour a serene, peaceful escape in the Byron Bay Hinterland. Conveniently located near Byron Bay's beaches, Mullumbimby, Brunswick Heads, Bangalow, and Minyon Falls, the Cabin is secluded enough to let you unwind and avoid the crowds. Enjoy a luxurious stay with a heated sunken outdoor bath, where you can soak in breath-taking rainforest views.

The Eureka Studio

The Eureka Studio is set on a secluded one acre property up in the Byron Bay Hinterland, in the middle of the vibrant Northern Rivers region and only 25 minutes from Byron Bay. Private and comfortable, it is ideal for a quiet romantic getaway. It provides everything you are looking for to shake off those city blues. The studio is semi-detached to our house, so whilst we live next to it, we try to give our guests as much privacy as they need.
