Situated behind the main home with its own private entrance off the garden is a wonderful and private one-bedroom studio fitted with modern quality furnishings throughout, including a kitchenette with a microwave, bar fridge, toaster and kettle. The room has under-floor insulation and air conditioning, and a Smart TV. Free unlimited broadband is also provided. The room can comfortably accommodate two adults and spare (portable) beds can be supplied for an infant (up to 3 years) and a child.

This is a 3 bedroom townhouse ideally located in the heart of Auckland's bustling seaside suburb of Takapuna. Just a 5 minute walk to some of the vibrant top cafes, restaurants, shops, one of Auckland's most stunning swimming beaches and the world class Takapuna Beach playground. Takapuna also has a large market every Sunday morning where you can find fresh fruits, vegetables and all kinds of other treasures. It's a great place to stay, with everything you need right on your doorstep.

1km from Mairangi Bay (10 mins walk/2-3 mins drive).The guest area is below the main house & has its own entrance. The studio with HRV ventilation, heatpump and double glazing is ideal for solo travellers, couples with or without one small child. Please note that our downstairs studio has a low ceiling (1.98m high) and we don’t have a full kitchen. Breakfast: Tea/Coffee (Nespresso Machine)/Cereal and milk included. Our 2 bedroom unit was built in 2014 to create more space for our family, they have since left home and after spending several holidays here in New Zealand and overseas in Airbnb accommodation we decided share our home too. Our place is a private semi self contained home away from home with your own entrance, where we are only a phone call away should you need anything. Plus we provide you with cereal, milk, bread and spreads to help you get started in the morning.
