Phil's Cottage is a beautiful one bedroom stone cottage with stunning countryside views. The cottage is a recently refurbished barn conversion ideally located just 2 miles from the historic market town of Barnard Castle. The property offers plenty of private parking, and outdoor seating area to the front and pretty courtyard to the rear with outdoor seating . Dogs are subject to an additional £25 per stay. Maximum one fully house trained well behaved adult dog by prior permission from owners.

Brackenber Byre is a cosy converted outbuilding next to an old hill-top farm house. It has a private outdoor campfire area. No WiFi...sorry! Enjoy the log fire, deep bath, double bed and unique decor. The Byre is in the beautiful landscape of the Westmorland Dales and the ideal location for biking, walking, photos, watching wildlife, farm animals and chilling! The Byre sleeps 2 + pet, has a double bed, is heated by a log burner, has a tiny kitchen, a bath and WC. 1 car space right outside.

We welcome dogs to stay. Bathroom with step into the large shower and non slip mat available , a living and kitchen area with a comfy sofa, table and chairs and a cooker and hob ( no cooker extractor) microwave and fridge. A door leads off the living and kitchen area to a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe.
