Este apartamento es ideal para familias de hasta 4 miembros, o dos parejas (dos habitaciones dobles) que quieran un lugar cómodo, limpio, tranquilo para el descanso y en pleno barrio histórico del Albayzín a 5 minutos del famoso mirador de San Nicolás y a 8 minutos de la Catedral. El apartamento cuenta con: - Opción a parking privado cerca del alojamiento (2 calles mas abajo). Preguntar antes la disponibilidad. - Sistema de calefacción y aire acondicionado por bomba de calor centralizada en todas las estancias, lavadora y WiFi 24h (ADSL 20 MB) - Zona de estar con sofá y sillón, TV LED, mesa comedor para 4 personas. - Cocina con placa de inducción de dos fuegos, campana extractora de humos, microondas, cafetera nespresso, hervidor de agua, tostadora, frigorífico. El menaje de cocina es para seis servicios, hay sartenes, cazuelas, ensaladeras, cuencos, tazas... y utensilios varios de cocina, mantelería y salvamanteles. - Siempre hay azúcar, sal, cápsulas de café, té e infusiones. - En los dormitorios siempre encontrareis las camas totalmente equipadas con sábanas y edredones (en invierno) o colcha (en verano) y un doble juego de toallas para cada uno de los huéspedes (toallas de baño y toallas de mano). En uno de los dormitorios hay una tabla de planchado, plancha, agujas e hilo. - El cuarto de baño, con ducha, inodoro y lavabo, está totalmente equipado con secador de pelo, gel, champú, jabón de manos, papel higiénico, toallitas desmaquillantes y una toalla de manos. - A través de unas escaleras de caracol se accede a la terraza, en ella encontrareis una mesa con 4 sillas para disfrutar de la tranquilidad y las impresionantes vistas a La Alhambra, alcazaba y campanario de la iglesia de San José. Un lugar inolvidable para una cena de verano La zona común que se puede compartir en la vivienda es el hall que distribuye a los dos apartamentos. Para que se aproveche al máximo vuestra estancia en Granada estoy trabajando en la creación de una web con todo tipo de sugerencias: Sitios que visitar, lugares donde comer, zonas para pasear o tomar una copa, rutas a pié por la ciudad... mientras tanto, unos días antes de vuestro viaje os enviaré a vuestro e-mail personal toda esa información para que cuando lleguéis os sintáis como en casa. De todos modos, una vez hayais llegado al apartamento, encontrareis varios planos de la ciudad y le explicaremos la mejor forma de llegar a la Alhambra, la catedral...y otros puntos de interés de la ciudad que no puede perderse (rutas caminando, lugares donde tapear, etc) así como cualquier otra información o ayuda que pueda necesitar. Además, para cualquier duda, dificultad o curiosidad tendréis un teléfono móvil de contacto en todo momento y, en caso de necesidad, en menos de 30 minutos estaremos ahí para echaros una mano. El apartamento está ubicado en la calle San José Alta, en pleno barrio histórico del Albaicín, Patrimonio Mundial de la Humanidad desde 1994. Es una zona tranquila cercana al Mirador de San Nicolás, el de San Miguel Bajo y la calle Calderería. En esta zona se recomienda moverse a pie, aunque cerca del apartamento, a dos minutos caminando, en la Plaza de San Miguel Bajo hay parada de bus urbano (linea C1, C2 y bus turístico). Los Taxis llegan hasta la misma puerta. El coche particular puede acceder hasta la misma puerta del apartamento pero es una zona complicada para conducir debido al estrechamiento de las calles, además, el aparcamiento en la zona no es fácil, pero podemos ofrecer una plaza de garaje en un parking privado (no incluido en la tarifa de reserva) Horario: - Check in: 14:00 h - Check out: 12:00 h Este horario es flexible si las reservas lo permiten. Es recomendable que me aviséis aproximadamente una hora antes de vuestra llegada para verificar que todo está perfecto y podáis ser recibidos de la forma más grata posible. El apartamento está equipado con cerradura electrónica, por tanto se os dará el código de acceso del portal principal y del apartamento para que podáis llegar a la hora que necesitéis sin tener que esperar a que se entreguen las llaves. We take particular care in sanitizing all the critical areas, in particular the space is sanitized by means of ozone generators. The apartment is newly restyled with a very special taste, mixing different styles in the architecture and design. It is a 2 floors apartment at the last floor of a mid 20th century building right outside the historical city center: at the first floor there are the bedrooms (a Suite and a second bedroom) the bathroom and a wardrobe room. The Suite is introduced by an elegant living area with a separè industry in glass and iron dividing it from the double bedroom with balcony and fireplace. The second bedroom has a big wardrobe with mirrors, a fine couch and twin beds to be disposed at one's will. Through an elegant white marble staircase we have access to the brand new rooftop kitchen and the wide terrace with a view on the hills sorrounding Florence and spots of the old buildings of the historic center. The apartment is entirely reserved to our guests, access to it is by the staircase or by elevator with private access to the floor. The rooftop terrace is only for our guests with sole access from inside the apartment by a staircase. At the same floor in a separate flat live the owners, always ready to help! The owner lives next door and is always available if needed. Chez Geraldine is an apartment just outside the historical center. It’s predominantly a residential district, but the cathedral, Galleria dell'Accademia, and Piazza San Marco are a 15-minute walk away. Food stores, restaurants, and bars are close by. AVAILABLE 4 BIKES (adult size) for our guests, included in the price. Please, use it with care and lock it well each and any time you leave them without custody, thank you. A bluetooth speaker is available to enjoy your favourite music from your computer. Bedrooms have bathrooms en suite. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and espresso coffee machine is provided. A built stone BBQ is available for use. For the colder months, there is a pellet stove along with electric blankets that give it a warm feeling. You have access to our own home grown vegetable garden, according to the season of course. I am available at all times for any assistance required. Though the island of Ithaki is small, it has many hidden treasures. It is my pleasure to help you explore them. Any holiday related services, like rentals or bookings can be arranged upon request. Ithaki island is a quite and rather intimate place with lots of treasures to discover. The house is in the village of Ag. Saranta, a traditional settlement in the northern part, overlooking Afales Bay. The beach nearby with amazing water is 5 min drive away. The village of Stavros, with all amenities, and the fishing village of Frikes are both 1.5 kilometers away. Unfortunately, there is no public transport in Ithaki. Hiring a car is highly advisable Access to Ithaki is via Cephalonia, Patra, Astakos and in the summer months from Lefkas as well.
