The duplex has two rental studios one on top of the other, with a laundry room basement. Amazing up-close views of sand and surf including the Three Arch Rocks from every floor. Just stroll to the beach and restaurant and downtown in only a few minutes. Each unite offers a full kitchen, bath, propane fireplace, and private decks.

This is a community feel and the hot tub does have a walk way by it. We are unable to change this. HOT TUB maintenance occurs every Tues.
