Hytta ligger helt ved vannet, det følger to kanoer med og det er også en solid robåt. Badstuen som ligger ved brygga kan bestilles om ønskelig. Fri parkering ca 150 meter fra hytta. Ny funkishytte nær Herand på Solsiden av Hardangerfjorden. Hytten har 1 soverom, sovesofa i stuen, kjøkken og stue i ett. Kjøkkenet har oppvaskmaskin, kjøleskap og spiseplass med fjordutsikt. Ute på altanen kan man nyte panorama fjordutsikt og høre på vinden eller fuglene. Sovehems med plass til 4 - 5 unger eller 3 voksne, også hemsen med fantastisk fjordutsikt. Toalett/bad med dusj og vaskemaskin. P plass til 2 biler. Sol hele dagen og kveldsol:)
