Built with recycled timbers and antique building materials it looks like it has been there for more than a century. It has just been fully renovated and has all new appliances. The bathrooms have floor heating to keep you cosy in winter. Enjoy beautiful views across our secluded little valley from your private balcony or the outside eating area. Our self contained Studio is the pearl of our property, with a comfortable double bed, sitting area, your own bathroom, and kitchenette. On your terrace you will find a BBQ for your own convenience. We live in a quiet neighbourhood nestled at the foothills of Cambewarra Mountain and ideally located between the picturesque villages of Berry & Kangaroo Valley.

We would like to welcome you to Oksana's Studio which is a newly renovated space with modern furnishings and fixtures. It opens onto a large and private outdoor living area where you can relax taking in the rural vista while having a BBQ or sitting by the fire after exploring the local beaches and national parks. The property is set in a peaceful, rural landscape with bushland and wildlife to explore. All within a short drive of Jervis Bay and surrounding areas.

Lyrebird Ridge Organic winery is tucked away in the quiet area known as Budgong. Set back off the road, you feel away from everything. National parks, Budgong Creek and a special view from a nearby lookout are all close by. Take time to visit our cellar door, sit around the firepit or find a quiet seat at one of the five dams. The Studio is one of two listings for accommodation. The Retreat is also on our property and shares the same building as The Studio.

Sedalia Farm has 3 Alpacas, 1 horse, 1 miniature donkey and 2 Huskies who all live on the property!
