Sleeps 10, only 20 minutes drive from Limerick city and 10 min from the picturesque twin towns of Killaloe and Ballina. 2 double bedrooms, 1 queen with bunkbeds and unsuite and one double with unsuite. The main bathroom has a jacuzzi bathtub. Fully equipped open-plan kitchen and dining room and two sitting rooms, two-sided fireplace and a study table. You are going to stay in our small but cozy guest house in the middle of the country site in the village of Birdhill. Its a self contained guest house with a kitchen/living room, small double bedroom and bathroom. We are conveniently located only 10 min away from M7 motorway (exit 27), and 20 min away from Limerick City. Shannon airport 40 min drive. Killaloe/ Ballina which is located only 10min drive from our house is one of the most picturesque village attractions with plenty of restaurants.

We want to welcome you to our beautifully restored 2 storey 200 year old country lodge located 3 minutes drive from the pretty tourist village of Adare which is renowned for its thatched cottages, wide range of restaurants and pubs and a variety of shops and boutiques. This stand alone lodge is surrounded by its beautifully manicured lawns and gardens and has its own private entrance with ample parking. It is completely self contained and our guests will have complete privacy.

Charming 15th Century Castle

Built in the late 1400s, Grantstown Castle has been lovingly restored and mixes medieval architecture with modern comforts. The Castle Is Rented In Its Entirety and caters for up to Seven Guests. The castle is comprised of six floors, connected via a stone and oak spiral staircase. There are three double bedrooms and one single. The castle has great battlements which are accessible at the top of the staircase and host amazing views of the surrounding countryside.

Situated in a scenic East Clare countryside 10 min drive from the nearest town of Killaloe, lots of walking/hiking trails.

Marina View is a beautiful oasis located on the Shannon in the vibrant village of Killaloe/Ballina. You can relax and read, watch a film, prepare meals, or just enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony. The village is a leisurely ten-minute walk away. There are many cafes, a French patisserie, numerous pubs with trad music and several restaurants along with two hotels. Killaloe also serves as a base for exploring Nenagh, Limerick and Galway.

Aine House

Short drive to either Limerick City or Killaloe on Lough Derg. With St Johns Castle and Bunratty Castle and folk park also within 15 to 30mins drive. On return relax in this spacious and peaceful space. Adjacent scenic walk along the aqueduct built in the 1920's with wonderful views while taking the stroll some 6klm if one desires.
