The place was exactly as shown in the pictures—very clean, well-organized, and perfectly climate-controlled. Everything we needed was available and working flawlessly. A great stay overall with no complaints!

The villa is in a great location, you can walk to the Spanish Springs square in 5 minutes. There is plenty of shopping within a 10 minute drive of the villa. The area is very quiet and peaceful. Villa is nicely appointed with a nice backyard. There was an added bonus of a golf cart that wasn’t in the listing but it was to have. There are plenty of restaurants nearby if you choose to eat out. The host is very responsive and quickly gets back to you if you need anything. We had a great week and highly recommend this villa. The 75” tv spoiled me coming home to my Tiny 55” tv.

Our family of 3 had the most amazing time at this house!! It had everything, and more that we could need! Close to everything!! Super clean and comfortable! I definitely would recommend this home to anyone looking to have a quiet relaxing visit to the Villages!!

Rich has a great little spot, relaxing, secluded but close to all the good local restaurants. We would absolutely stay again. It was clean and very comfortable.

Great place to stay, very clean and in a peaceful quiet community with lots to do. Irene was very helpful and communicated very well with check in and check out instructions. Was in town for a short stay to attend a funeral but would definitely go back for a longer stay.

It was a very nice stay, out of the ordinary for Orlando. Very big house, they should allowed more ppl to stay to make your moneys worth. Watch out for bugs!! Paul, the property manager was very accommodating and helpful when needed.

Listing was exactly as described, use of amenities was great! It was clean and spacious, perfect for our group. Small note: the address on the airbnb was different than the address sent via message by the host - so just double check before providing address to your uber! Everything else was perfect. :) Thank you!

Very comfortable clean home in a beautiful tranquil neighborhood! It was the perfect home for our family to enjoy over a family wedding weekend! Check in was stress free and Johnny was very responsive.

This stay was so beautiful! The property was stunning and designed very thoughtfully. The backyard is gorgeous, both the pool and the natural surroundings. If you are coming with a large group of guests, I recommend bringing some additional blankets and towels just in case!

We had a nice stay for 4 nights at Diane’s house. The house is very clean located in a quiet neighborhood. Bed in Master is very comfortable. House is well equipped with everything one needs. Would definitely stay again if we visit The Villages.

What a great find for us when we booked Lisa’s place. The villa was fully equipped with everything that we needed. It was cleaner than clean. We couldn’t have asked for more. There was an electric golf cart for our use. Which was really an added bonus when visiting the villages. Typically we would have gas to rent one or borrow one from one of our friends. BONUS FOR SURE! Thank you Lisa!!!!! During our stay the clothes dryer went out when we were there and Lisa went the extra mile to have a new dryer installed in just 4 days. The technicians explained the dryers functionality and were extremely informative and nice. We considered Lisa’s response above and beyond and would highly recommend renting from her in the future. We will be back for sure. If Airbnb had a 10+++ I would give it to her and her place. Randy and Chris Gibson

The house was perfect for our stay. The beds were very comfortable, linens and towels were soft and plentiful and there was tons space for everyone to relax. We spent most of our time hanging around the pool - which is exactly what you want when visiting Florida! The kitchen is very nice and although we didn’t cook there’s everything you would need to prepare meals. Communication with Sandra was great too!

Very comfortable house for a long stay in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen well equipped for cooking. Many restaurants near by and close to walmart. Historical center and boardwalk within a few miles. We enjoyed sitting outside in the backyard. Jim was very fast to answer to any questions we had. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you Jim!

We have stayed at Balfour Villa several times. Each time was better than the last and this visit was no exception. It’s a hidden gem so always hesitant to give away a good secret but the owners have created a wonderful accommodation. We’ll be back.

This is a very comfortable property. Good location to several town centers and the neighborhood recreation center. The owners were very responsive, always within minutes of my inquiry. A very nice outside area and a heated pool that was used every day. I would be happy to stay there again.
