3 Bedrooms-2 Baths - located on canal with large lot, 50 yards from the dog park. With private gated beach parking. Golf Cart Provided Mar-Nov. The house is also across from rec areas. Which has an indoor heated pool, volleyball, basketball, tennis, pickle ball, and shuffle. Two additional outdoor pools and hot tub are located 500 feet behind us. Guests must be previously established on Airbnb with positive reviews. Only, large dogs of 35-120lbs. Free parking passes required for all vehicles.

The Beach House at Garden City is a 57 unit complex, located right on the Atlantic ocean, offers a beautiful pool, a spacious sun deck and of course Unit 102. This unit comes with One Parking Pass per condo association rules. Parking is limited during peak season but you might be able to park at the grocery store if you have two cars. This Unit is Smoke Free. No Pets.
