Situated on a beautiful private road a short walk from the historic cobbled streets of Guildford town centre with its numerous boutique shops and quality independent restaurants. Ty Bach is on the edge of the beautiful Surrey Hills (a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) and the Rivey Wey. It is the perfect destination for walkers, mountain bikers and lovers of the outdoors. Dog walking and country pub heaven!

Lovely, light spacious annex with en-suite shower room. It has a separate entrance and access to a deck. Off street parking is available. Situated in a quiet, tree-lined lane, it is a 5 minute drive to Horsley station which has a direct line into London Waterloo. Lots of lovely restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in the annex. Tucked away , and directly beside a babbling brook, this stunning newly renovated barn has all mod cons and everything you need for the perfect break. 65 inch Sky glass tv, huge walk in shower, gorgeous kitchen with granite work tops and built in appliances. Nestled in the Surrey hills there are miles of gorgeous walks quite literally on the doorstep.

The Turret, a charming and quirky 2 bed cottage

The Turret is a quirky and unique place to stay. The open plan ground floor has beautiful arched windows, a traditional handmade kitchen with modern appliances, dining table, a large leather sofa and an LED ‘smart’ TV. The modern bathroom has a bath with shower over and quality fittings. Upstairs are two bedrooms. The master is double height and has a standard 4ft 6 wide double bed. The second bedroom has a small (4ft) double bed with a further single fold out chair bed/ mattress.

The Coach House is a totally unique property, nestled in the peaceful surroundings of Chobham Common. Spread over two floors, this charming accommodation offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a sitting room, a dining room, a kitchen, & a utility room. This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. One towel per person is supplied. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on certain days of the week. This does rather depend on what time I have to go out in the morning, but often we can agree on a time. Please do enquire.
