The house is great, the location and view are perfect, and the host is very helpful and responsive. The house had a lot of great amenities, perfect for a family. Boat rental was super easy, and we enjoyed using the kayaks and standup paddle boards. Our young children loved the beach area, and the adults enjoyed the Hottub. The lake, of course, is beautiful, and the fishing good as well. We’ll definitely return.

Janet’s house was the perfect location and size for myself, my husband, and our small group of friends. We were in Toccoa for a friend’s wedding at the falls and it was a 10 min drive to the venue. Janet made sure we had all of the information needed to get to her house and we felt safe and comfortable. If you ever find yourself in Toccoa in the future, this is a great place to relax and rest your heads! Thank you!

Lise was a flexible and responsive host. The home was very clean. There were supplies on hand to use. On a quiet culdasac and was very peaceful. Beds were comfy too.

Great location, wonderful place with lots of room and privacy! Walking distance to a great trail with waterfalls was a great bonus! The proximity to downtown Highlands was perfect for shopping and taking advantage of the great restaurant options.

The place was absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed our stay and we really felt like we were home. The lay out is nice. The property managers were the absolute best. I loved being able to communicate with them so quickly. They accommodated us by allowing an early check in. It was truly a blessing and we are already thinking of coming back. Oh and Kennedy! My kids adored the dog. He listened and they enjoyed giving him treats. If you are thinking about it, just do it. Thanks for the hospitality.

We had a great stay. Lots of beautiful waterfalls in the area. We rented a pontoon boat on Lake Keowee. The house was very well equipped. We cooked most of our meals and we found everything we needed and more. The view of the lake from the upper deck was beautiful and we enjoyed going out in the canoe. We would not hesitate to book again in the future. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

Whether you’re relaxing by the water, cooking up a meal, or just taking in the peaceful surroundings, everything you need is right there. This place is a true gem and an ideal retreat for all ages. It’s rare to find a stay where both the host and the setting are equally lovely. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind, reconnect, or simply enjoy a beautiful piece of the world.

This is our fifth year staying here for Thanksgiving. Chris is a great host. We love the location, it is within walking distance to downtown. The house is very comfortable and we feel right at home there.

This house was beautiful, well appointed, and in the perfect location. We were scouting our wedding venue and will definitely have family stay here for our wedding next year!
