Located in a rural area near beautiful beaches & Plum Island Refuge. Beaches are anywhere from a ten to a 25-minute drive. 2 bedrooms & bath are on the second floor & require walking upstairs. For 2 guests, we reserve 1 bedroom. 2 guests requiring separate bedrooms, an additional charge & a special offer will be sent to you. Newburyport is about 15 min. scenic drive away with restaurants, shops, boardwalk, & harbor. MA & city taxes are required. Payment of taxes will be paid upon arrival.

The Harbor Inn is a six room B&B on Ocean Avenue in Kennebunkport, walking distance to Dock Square, Colony Beach, and more. Each room has a private bathroom with a shower, plus AC/heat. Gravelly Brook is a corner room on the 2nd floor of The Harbor Inn with custom window seats and a decorative fireplace. With windows on the south and west, there's lots of natural sunlight. Gravelly Brook is a guest favorite!

Access to airport, busses, laundry Chagall is a second floor room, bath is on the first.

Amy is a trained chef who makes breakfast with the fresh farm ingredients. The sunrise room has an antique tin tub with a handheld shower.
