This houseboat is in a unique setting on the water right off the Ohio River with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The grounds are available for use along with a shelter house with table, chairs, extra bathrooms and grills. You can take a pontoon boat ride on the River for a $75 donation per hour, kayaks are $25 per kayak including the lifejacket. Houseboat, river views, lots of outdoor decks

This Houseboat has a newer bathroom remodel, double bed in the front, two twin beds in a cuddy area with only a 2 1/2 foot ceilings, the table and couch can also be beds. You cannot swim around the boats due to electrical hook up at the marina. There are extra showers in the shelter and rustic outdoor showers or guests. I rent kayaks and life jackets for $25 per. It’s a peaceful setting here and I rent the house, houseboats, campers, and a tiny house.
