This is a gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom double glazed holiday home that is moments walk from the popular Fantasy Island and sited on Coral Beach. Spacious enough for a gathering of 6 people, providing a home from home feel yet perfect for a smaller family to languish and enjoy a 'Seaside Escape'. We want you to enjoy our holiday home ( ok it's a caravan ! ) as much as we do so you should find pretty much everything you need. Van is NOT pet friendly sadly our Fur Babies need to stay at home.

Bresby Cottage, 3 Bedroom Country Cottage

Bresby Cottage is set in a rural farm location surrounded by private secure gardens. The Cottage is fully modernised and is a warm and comfortable. Comprises a cosy living room, fully fitted kitchen, electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The washing machine and dryer are situated in the utility. There are two large bedrooms, one twin and a double, a third bedroom is situated off the double and can be utilised as a single bedroom/cot room or simply a dressing room.

The beach is just a 5 minute wander away, Mablethorpe is a 3 mile walk along the beach or a 5 mile car drive, Louth & Alford are 20 minutes away by car with Skegness, Cleethorpes, Lincoln & the Lincolnshire Wolds within easy reach.

Clean modernised 100 year old cottage with oil central heating, double glazed recently decorated. Used for family visitors and holiday makers. Children friendly with access to travel cot, high chair, push chair and toys. Pets allowed with prior permission from owners. Located in a quiet village accessible to the Lincolnshire Wolds, local market towns Louth, Horncastle, Market Rasen Race course, Lincoln Cathedral/Castle. Plenty of public footpaths around the village and a local public house.

Pretty cottage near beach

Pretty, modernised, very comfortable Victorian cottage in lovely village with great pub and shop just a mile from the beautiful North Norfolk coast. Fully equipped kitchen; dining table seating up to 6, d/s cloakroom, family bathroom with separate shower; sunny, safe enclosed garden, WiFi. Double, twin and full-sized bunk bed rooms, all proper mattresses and cotton sheets. Friday/Monday changeovers preferred. Flexible changeover outside high season but can’t offer Sunday check ins.

Very comfortable, superbly equipped house sleeps up to 10 in 4 bedrooms overlooking the village pond. Self check in. Plenty of parking. Built as Wesleyan Chapel in 1843. Has four poster bed, central heating , log burner, well equipped kitchen, dishwasher, good Wifi. 1 bathroom, 1 ensuite and downstairs loo. Lovely village with friendly pub . Families and groups welcomed. Pets welcome. Contractors welcome. Ideal for celebrations with big dining table and comfortable lounge.

For once it’s true - Everything is practically on your doorstep! The Beach, Funfair, SeaLife Centre, Supermarket, Arcades, Crazy-Golf, Pubs (& more) - mere moments away from your superbly located house & fully-enclosed private garden. Large enough for multiple families holidaying together, yet cosy enough for small groups. The ‘Little Anchor’ is a stylishly refurbished and generously sized 3 storey, 4 bedroom Victorian home by the sea.

2 Coastguards

Burnham Overy Staithe is a little coastal village with one Pub and a bus stop - both opposite the house. Just two minutes walk to the creek. Sea view from the top floor. Inviting for long walks and wood burners waiting for you in the house. Originally, recently restored as our family home. All our books are in the house from travels and time, living abroad - videos and toys from our little children in a beautiful hand painted toy box.

Tattershall Lakes Country Park is a 5* award winning park packed full of exciting activities for all the family to enjoy aswell as being the perfect place to stay if you want to explore Lincolnshire and its fantastic attractions. Please note we don't provide entertainment passes but we can give you current prices and how to purchase them. You will need guest passes if you plan to use the entertainment complex.
