Our cabana is an hour drive from the city of Houston and a 20 minute drive to Sandy Surfside Beach. A 9 minute drive takes you to the heart of Angleton, where you get to enjoy local restaurants, and shopping.

Brazoria Riverside Family Paradise!

This has been our family home for 30 years and we recently renovated. We're excited to share it with guests now who can hopefully make as many great memories as we have! We have 200 ft of San Bernard river frontage with a dock, plus plenty of outdoor activities to keep the whole family entertained. There's a separate guest house with an en-suite bathroom, and the property is just a few minutes away from Hanson Park and its public boat slip. We have everything you need for your family trip!

Perfect spot for wakeboarding, wakesurfing, tubing and skiing. The hot tub is currently not working. High speed fiber WiFi, 75” and 65” smart tv will help keep you entertained when not enjoying the tranquility outside. It’s always a good time on the river. Only 9.4 miles to Phillips 66 Sweeny.

Our Studios are 10-15 min from the beach (Surfside/Quintana) Each studio includes a washer and dryer and access to several amenities such as grilling pavilions, a fitness center, and a recreation room with a pool table, ping pong table. Onsite bar Mon-Sat eves with food trucks and live music or a DJ on special days.
