Essentials and towels are provided for each guest. #4 THE KITCHEN is well equipped. As we love to cook, the kitchen has pretty much everything you need if you feel like cooking during your stay. The gadgets include a fridge, a stove, a microwave and a kettle along with cooking utensils, pots, a mokka espresso pot, a full dinner set and glasses, etc. Including coffee, tea, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and various kinds of spices) This is a non-smoking flat, but you are welcome to smoke downstairs in front of the house. My apartment has a breathtaking view, is only 10 minutes walk to the heart of the city center and 5 minutes walk to Eurovea mall with a lot of restaurants, bar and shops only few meter far from river Danube. The apartment has one double bed and one sofa bed. It is full equipped with oven, fridge, big tv with netflix, kettle, wash maschine, iron, hairdryer, etc. There is 24h reception in the building.

Comfy Sudio close to the city centre

The studio is very well located, 15 minutes walking distance from the city centre, tram and bus stops are located 30 metres from the house. There is a grocery shop 30 metres from the house, as well as coffee shops, bars and restaurants. I would like to point out the proximity of the tram under the windows; if you are sensitive to noise, my accommodation is not suitable for you.
