From the kitchen window, catch glimpses of the Lenangsbreen glacier. Ideal launching pad for hikes- and ski-explorations. Det er gode turmuligheter i nærområdet. Fra eiendommen kan man gå direkte opp på fjellet Storhaugen. Sorbmegáisá er også i nærheten. Kort vei til andre populære fjell. Vedfyrt Sauna og Grillhytte. Authentic and Romantic Lodge close to nature

Authentic and romantic lodge originally built of timber and used for the first time back in 1850 as housing for as many as 10 persons. Situated between the sea and the forest and with the northern light as only light in the dark season this might be the perfect place to enjoy North of Norway. The perfect match for a couple, but will also function very well for up to four persons. It is renovated to a modern standard in 2018, with focus on maintaining the heart and soul of the old building.

Lovely cottage in Svensby, Lyngen. Beautiful location 10 m from the sea, in the middle of the Lyngen Alps. Only 90 minutes drive from Tromsø, including a short ferry trip. Northern lights wintertimes, midnight sun summertimes. Spectacular hiking tours all year. Amazing cabin 25 minutes from Tromsø Airport

The cabin is situated on the roof of the tunnel to Malangen and just by the seaside. The living room has great windows that give you a feeling of being outside when are sitting warm and comfortably inside. Perfect for spotting for the northern lights. The cabin has three large bedrooms, a nice bathroom, and a well equipped kitchen. Everything is ready for you to have a great stay just outside amazing Tromsø. The cabin is completely renovated (2022). Welcome!

Gamtunet - idyllic cabin - spectacular location

Gamtunet is a charming old log house with a top modern architectural extension including all commodities. The view is spectacular encompassing the Lyngen landscape from the view to the Ulsfjord to the alpine peaks of Trollvasstind, Sofiatind and the Jiehkkevárri massif. We still have lots of snow in the mountains so it looks like skiing will be good all through May at least.

Skap minner for livet på dette unike og familievennlige stedet. Skulgam er ca 30 min kjøring fra Tromsø sentrum som har et godt utvalg av butikker og kafeer. Plassen har et rikt dyreliv med gode jakt og fiskemuligheter. Vinterstid er det gode muligheter for å oppdage nordlys. Området har også flotte fjell for toppturer og skiturer fra hytta.
