The Sinclair Suite

This 1 bedroom/1 bath private home was originally a historic Sinclair gas station. Renovated in 2023, we’ve kept as much of the original building’s elements as possible while restoring it to create both a unique and relaxing experience. The bay area has been converted into a living/sleeping space that includes a TV & seating area as well as two queen-sized beds and a sleeper sofa. The former office space now features a full kitchen. A back patio, firepit, washer & dryer are all located on site.

One bedroom cabin on 1500 private acres of the Quartz Mountains. The owners live on the same property near the cabin. Hiking, wildlife watching, fishing within walking distance. Cabin is 300 square feet and has two twin bunk beds and one full bed. A full kitchen with an apartment sized fridge. Bathroom with shower. Electric outdoor grill. Fire pit when weather permits. There is a smart tv with inernet. No more than 4 people in or at the cabin at any given time. Additional pet fee of $30

It's a 200sqft Cabin in the middle of a 20 acre Pasture with views of the Slick Hills and Mt Scott.Minutes from lake Lawtonka and Medicine Park. Donkeys and horses roam free,as do normal country bugs and critters Plenty of room for family events and reasonable parties,,, I deleted the rest of this message.. Rustic cabin retreat on the Red River. This cabin sits on 245 acres with direct Red River frontage. A two bedroom with a Jack & Jill bathroom. Maximum sleeping capacity of 6, but if someone wants to sleep on the couch you can fit 7. Full kitchen with a washer & dryer. Our cabin is fully air conditioned and the kitchen is complete with coffee & condiments.
