He wisely recognized for decades to come this would be a prized place of rest, enjoyed by 5 generations. Our two kayaks for beginners and new paddle board are available for rent. Indulge in tranquility at this riverside cabin. Relax by the gas fireplace or cook in the elegant kitchen with a view of the river and mossy trees from the deck. Explore the outdoors on the nearby Discovery Trail (0.08 miles). Visit Sol Duc Hot Springs, Olympic National Park, Lake Crescent, and La Push. Forks and Kalaloch are nearby. Enjoy entertainment on two TVs (1 Blu-ray, 1 Wi-Fi), 50 dvds available, but note there's no dishwasher, and Wi-Fi and cell service may be INTERMITTENT.

You may wake up to the sound of a rooster crowing as you steep a fresh cup of coffee before you head out on your adventure exploring all the Olympic Peninsula has to offer.

Mountain View Shire Getaway

Relax and enjoy the amazing view from the deck of this unique glamping site. This hillside getaway was created from a culvert and planted into the side of a hill, nestled among trees and forest flora. Low voltage lighting, propane on demand hot water, cook top and heater. The view overlooks a pond, the valley below with Mt. Baldy in the background. An outdoor shower also has an awesome view! This countryside glamping site is near the ONP, Discovery trail, and Port Angeles.
