Situated 15 minutes from Tauranga. Only 5 minutes from Omokoroa beach. Cozy little place to stay in. Separate shower. Separate bathroom. Limited cooking in kitchen. Toaster, bench top oven, kettle Small fridge. Bedding Supplied. Tea, coffee milk. You will find a selection of cereals and tubs of fruit, there is bread which you can toast and you will find a selection of spreads. There is also a small deck off to the side that has a nice outlook of the paddocks. Checkin is 3pm and checkout is 12 pm

Beautiful calm swimming beach across the road and over the park. Within a stones throw is a dairy, cafe, restaurant/bar, playground, massive park, fishing wharf, boat ramp, and epic walk/bike paths. Not far away are hot pools, the best pizza & pies, fish & chips, golf course, supermarket... 20 mins drive to Tauranga/Mount Maunganui.

You are always welcome to join us at the restaurant on one of the nights we're open - Wednesday to Saturday ( bookings tend to be necessary), or we can bring a restaurant meal over to you in the Studio if you'd prefer to dine in private. The property is set on the banks of the Wairoa river with its amazing views when Venturing through the gardens and lawns.

The Pool House at Blackburn

Light airy warm self-contained apartment situated on a lifestyle block minutes from Tauranga's CBD. The Pool House has one separate bedroom with 4 built-in bunks good for adults or kids. The main room has a high-end Tilt-away king-size bed with a quality mattress, allowing adults to enjoy evenings and personal space. As we are remediating our land after flood damage we don't have our usual livestock however we are happy for guests to walk and enjoy the property.
