This place was 7 min from the beach! Great for family stays! The neighborhood was quiet and sweet. Pool amenities were nice. Better than the pictures, if you're worried about the older look! Very clean and accommodating for a family with children. I would stay here again!

Fantastic location and house. We had the best stay. Hard to beat a house with the beach across the street and the sound in your backyard!

This place was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family vacation / beach wedding ❤️ it is so private, close to the beach and the backyard was absolutely amazing and gorgeous for our “reception”. Since we had the pool / hot tub and outdoor bar/ grill we had everything we needed and stayed in all but one night! it was the best week of my life and the kids had a blast. This was the absolute PERFECT place. Anything that I needed to contact Katrina about she responded immediately (even though she was in another country and it was 1am for her) she shipped new bean bags for the corn hole. And we had a little hiccup with cleaning service and she immediately fixed it and hired another company. Katrina is so so kind and accommodating. Even suggested some things to do with the kids when we had a rainy day! You most definitely will not regret staying here.

Such a wonderful place to stay! Enjoyed sitting on the front balcony to watch the ocean waves or sit on the back balcony to take in the serenity of the marsh. Especially liked the pier with the bench to watch the wildlife in the marsh itself. We watched fish jumping and even sea otters playing in the water. Also loved the layout of the house, making it wonderful for a family to spread out and enjoy the property. Very close and easy walk to get right onto the beach, as well as a short drive to restaurants. Property was very clean, comfortable and updated. I go to Topsail frequently and would certainly look to stay here again!

This was hands down the absolute best Air B n B experience we have ever had. This location and property are a slice of heaven. The home , the view, location, the vibe! The hosts could not have been more attentive and helpful. We cannot wait to plan to come again soon. We took our Daughter and her best friends after their prom to celebrate her Senior year and prom weekend and they made memories that will last a life time. This is my second time here. We had an amazing stay. I came here earlier this year to see family and decided to rebook for a longer stay with a few girlfriends. I also was very pleasantly surprised to see we can now bring our pups. The area was perfect. We came during ocean fest and loved how close we were. We drove the beach just 1.5 miles away from the peer however you could walk or bike easily. I've done a lot of rentals and this house is immaculate. There was a lot of other nice touches like shampoo, Beach towels, and even little coolers for the beach. Everything is labels and the quality of thing are nice. It was a great area to walk my dogs. Very quiet. Loved the yard which is hard to find here. Located next to a big park and minutes from restaurants and shops. The house again was very clean, warm and inviting. Terry was easy to talk to and helped us with any questions. And the price was great .

We loved everything about his place. My grandkids loved the dock because they could fish right in the backyard and we could see them from the back decks. We saw dolphins a few morning and even saw a stingray from the dock. Frederick was an awesome host. We would love to come back early spring or fall so they could catch some fish. Thank you we made some great memories! Beautiful and so peaceful!

This is the cleanest trailer I’ve stayed in and possibly the cleanest Airbnb I’ve rented. The beds were comfy and the outdoor activities were fun. Would definitely rent again.

As advertised! Would recommend and hope to return. Everything was great! There is not one negative I can think of. One of the best places we have stayed through Air BnB. Sue was a great host, super clean, comfy beds, plenty of space, well equipped kitchen, excellent location.
