Forest Yurt

Yurt in a private forest area. Walking distance to the cheese factory (ice cream, lunches, snacks), produce stands, and a park. Short drive to Madoc (groceries, beer/ LCBO, parks, beach, bakery, restaurants, etc). Perfect area for star gazing, long walks & bike rides. This yurt is in a camping setting, with indoor compost toilet, seasonal private outdoor shower, no wifi but there is electricity, dishes, indoor hot plate, BBQ, mini fridge, all pots & pans and bedding and clean drinking water.

The Perched cabin is one of our three cabins. We also have the Apple Tree and the Poplar cabin. This is glamping at its best. Window walls letting light into every side. A sleeping loft. Built with logs. Well equipped for cooking. Heated with woodstove - firewood included. In the middle of the forest. A lot of trails to enjoy. No neighbours. The perfect spot to unwind. We are farmers, a precise time of arrival is important. You are welcome to visit the farm.

- Cozy, Amish-built cabin with vintage decor - OUTDOOR SHOWER CLOSED UNTIL MID MAY!!!!! - Queen bed in the loft - NO running water in the cabin - The perfect country getaway - Large screened in porch with field view Equipped with fridge, stove, gas BBQ, fireplace, indoor composting toilet, firepit ($20 for firewood). No running water. Dishpan + wash basin provided. Outdoor shower is seasonal, open May to Thanksgiving.

Ironwood Cabin - cozy retreat in wine country

Our cabin is located in the quiet hamlet of Campden in Niagara wine country and within easy reach of wineries, hiking trails and bike routes. Some fantastic local wineries are within walking distance and we have bike and e-bike rentals on property available to you as well!
