Our 19th century farmhouse, 5 miles south of Geneva on Seneca Lake wine trail, is the ideal base from where to explore the gorgeous Finger Lakes region. Our organic farm offers hiking trails - great for snowshoeing and cross-country skiing too - through meadows, creek, woods and gully for the nature lovers with access to our lake across the road for a swim, a canoe, kayak or rowboat adventure. We provide it all:)) ... and, YES, we finally installed a brand new portable AC unit and it works!

A private large bathroom with a large walk-in shower and wall mounted heater for your personal comfort completes the scene. Living Room & Dining Room spaces are common areas in this 5500 sq ft mansion.
