Stephen was a pleasure to work with, very responsive and flexible as possible. He was proactive in letting us know that the check-in time was available sooner than listed. His keyless entry made it very easy to access his house and made it easy for all in my party to come and go as they pleased. His house was very clean and you could tell that as soon as you walked in the door. Everything worked well, his AC system provided arctic level cooling, his pool and hot tube was ready for use, his screened in game room was fun and actually stayed cool throughout the day, his outside gathering areas had plenty of seating, and his dock provided plenty of room to fish. This location on the canal was beautiful and easily accessible to St John's River. Definitely would stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone who wants a cool place to stay, relax and have fun. Thank you, Stephen, for your allowing us to stay at your house it was well worth the cost.

My husband and I had a great time staying at Stephen’s place. He was so nice and considerate making sure we had everything we needed for our trip. His place is clean, cozy, and super cute! We arrived to a surprise Christmas tree and Christmas card, a nice touch for home away from home during the Holidays. The location is great with easy beach access, walkable restaurant locations, nearby grocery stores, and everyone we met was so nice. We will definitely check on the availability of this place again for our return trips to St. Augustine!

We truly appreciated this sweet little home. It was in a central location to family members we were visiting. It was very clean, organized, comfortable, and had everything you needed. The deck overlooking the pond always had a wonderful breeze- very peaceful place to spend time. I enjoyed figuring out the layout of the neighborhood and it made for an enjoyable walk every morning. The hosts are super KIND!! From the first confirmation message, check-in instructions, and throughout our stay they were attentive and responsive. We would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises!! Thank YOU Larry Karen for sharing your lovely home❤️- side note: the RV community had a couple events for the residents during our stay. A karaoke music thing Friday evening and then water inflatables for the kids on Saturday— very kind for the kids especially- nice community!

Cute little 3/2 about a half mile mile from the beach. Located right by tons of food and shopping. Our host was great and the house is very cozy.

This is our 2nd time staying at EJs- it’s so comfortable and it’s filled with amenities along with a great hot tub and a beautiful view! So much room in this house! It’s a favorite of ours and we will likely be back next year!

Maria's home is located on a canal that connects to the Tomoka River, and the kayak adventures are not to be missed! We enjoyed the wonderful Florida wildlife a short paddle away (manatees, gators, so many birds!). For the less adventurous, the backyard is perfect for relaxing in the sun and outdoor dining, very private with lots of comfy seating. The house inside was very clean and well stocked, with great restaurants and shopping at nearbyTrails Shopping Center. Maria was very responsive to any questions we had, and our two-week stay at her place was the perfect "snowbird escape" for us!

Fun and cozy place to spend the weekend. The backyard was great and the host was kind enough to leave a few snacks for the visit. Highly recommend this home!

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was super clean and quite spacious. The location is perfect for walking to beach as well as local bars and places to eat. The beach theme of the home is so cute. We would love to come back again.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at the Beach cottage. It was very clean and comfortable and extremely well stocked with every amenity you could possibly need. The fact that it is pet friendly and has a very comfortable laundry attached definitely added to its appeal. My husband LOVED the fact that every switch was labelled . It is a bit of a trek to the beach but we were happy to sit on the deck and, coming from MIchigan ,just enjoying the sun again. The park itself is very well maintained and. attractive. Tamara is very friendly and a great communicator. We would definitely recommend her place

The cottage was peaceful, cozy and charming. It felt like home immediately and all of the small details inside and out made us feel so welcome. Linda thought of numerous little touches to make you feel welcome and cared for while staying in the cottage! The kitchen had everything you could think of and was well organized and clean. The screened in porch was where we spent many evenings relaxing and enjoying a meal together. The outdoor shower was fabulous. Linda was an amazing host that communicated well with us!.This is a great spot to stay if you want to be close to see things in St. Augustine but also prefer to be in a more peaceful laid back setting. We enjoyed traveling to points south of here like Marineland beach, Varn beach and Flagler. Like another review had mentioned the hardest part was leaving! Thanks Linda for a wonderful stay in your charming cottage!

The Mermaid House was fabulous, perfect for a long weekend stay on St Augustine Beach. Deb's place has everything you could possibly need from toasters to televisions, hell she even has tortoises roaming around the neighborhood. The upper sun deck w/ views of the ocean above the garage is a bonus. Deb's green thumb is on display in the backyard and her artistic side shines through her stained glass pieces that are hung throughout the house. Deb couldnt have been any nicer & very prompt with replying to messages &/or returning calls. Overall the place was great, and we would totally recommend booking it, we wish we could've stayed longer. WSP

We were in town visiting a friend and the location was perfect! Easy check in/checkout. The kitchen had everything you’d need. We loved the record player and albums. Nice touch!!

Anne's place was exactly what we were hoping for and we loved our week long stay! The house is very clean, generously stocked, situated in the cutest neighborhood along the river, and beautifully decorated with the perfect FL vacation feel (without the cheesy decor haha). The backyard was SUCH a bonus. The pool and comfy lounge chairs were perfect for my teen daughter and me, while my husband spent most of his time enjoying the relaxing, shaded patio with tv and beverage cooler. :) Driving to New Smyrna Beach was an easy 10-15 minutes- we hit the beach there almost every day, and enjoyed lots of delicious restaurants and fun shops in the area. Anne was incredibly kind and responsive. We couldn't have enjoyed our spring break vacation more!

I cannot say enough positive things about this place and Miriam. Miriam's cottage is a home away from home. I've never been so comfortable. I was there 1.5 weeks and never wanted to leave. Miriam is the most kind hearted person I've ever encountered in life. Me and my dog Enzo fell in love with Miriam and this place! If you want a cozy, clean and peaceful place to stay, this is it!! I'm so grateful that I found this place and most of all that I found Miriam. THANK YOU MIRIAM for everything but most of all your friendship. I can't wait to go back! Much love to Miriam and Danny. I booked this incredible gem for my 31st birthday with my girlfriend . Being 420 friendly sold me, but what solidified my booking was the fact that they offer holistic services. Finding a place that is SO welcoming to all ppl , my gf & I felt safe & right at home. I’m an energy worker myself, and the high vibration of positive energy this place radiates can calm even the most chaotic mind. We had the pleasure of booking a private chef dinner for two for my birthday by Christina and it was SO delicious! My honey and I barely spoke at dinner bc the food was so good it’s all we could focus on. 😂 & normally we are quite the talkers. We also enjoyed some mediations with Kennedy and he is a very knowledgeable, kind, and healing individual. One conversation with either Kennedy or Christina, you’ll see why people feel like family during their stay. ❤️ we made new friends with the other couple who was in another yurt, our cabin was clean and spacious, and the art center was so much fun. 10/

This was a perfect spot for our dance competition and fit everyone comfortably!

La casa è in una posizione splendida a due passi dalla spiaggia e dalla zona ristoranti e negozi. Molto carina e semplice dotata di tutto il necessario. Il frigo è molto grande. Internet super veloce. Host molto disponibile. Il bagno è diverso dalle foto. E anche la parte esterna. Il pavimento non era molto pulito, camminando a piedi nudi in casa ci sono diventati subito i piedi neri, ma nulla di grave.

Fantastic stay! Very comfortable with everything we could need, with a welcoming and responsive host! Loved the easy beach access. Great for privacy and beach, but still close to St. Augustine town. Would happily stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The boat ramp on the property was perfect for us to get the boat in and out. The house was about a 15 min ride through the river to Lake George. The house was clean and very homey. We would stay again no questions asked. Our hosts were very kind, friendly and very attentive.
