Allen was a great host and we all had an incredible time. Steps to a beautiful private beach and fabulous pools. More than enough space for 7 of us in the condo. We will definitely try to stay again.

A nice place at the Euro Village. Our stay was great! It was safe, comfortable, and peaceful. We had everything we needed. It was nice to have a washer and dryer (shared between two units in a foyer). The private parking was well labeled and close to the elevator - so was the unit, which made it easy to haul our luggage. We were able to sit and listen to music in the center from our balcony. There was a cute little market on Sunday. We even saw hermit crabs at low tide on the St Joe Walkway across the street - which the village had a legitimate pedestrian crossing to access. Arlene and Caio were very responsive. We would stay again.

Catherine's place is a nice place and as described. The pool and amenities at the condo recreation centers are superb and the beach is a short walk. We drove to Rec building #2 and parked there to shorten the walk to the beach when carrying items such as the beach chairs. There is good noise isolation between condos even when there was a party in the unit next door. We would be happy to stay again.

Jeffrey was a fantastic host; provided alot of clear instructions and made it incredibly simple to enjoy our time at the condo. The condo was clean and comfortable for 5 adults and 2 children to enjoy. Loved the pool in the complex and the beach was beautiful.

The apartment was very nice and clean. Everything was there. We miss only more toilet paper rolls and shower soap in kids bathroom. The resort is perfect to spend nice time: very nice and clean 2 pools, spa and tennis/pickleball courts. The privat beach acces was fabulous with a tourtle direct close to boardwalk. We tried a few restaurants during our stay, and fall in love with one direct over the fence-Santiago's FloridaKitchen: perfect fresh homemeda food and very nice fast service. And you can not forget the Mayday ice cream. A lot of things to do around. We will definitely love to come back.

I STAYED OUTSIDE IN THE POOL AREA THE ENTIRE TIME! BEAUTIFUL! I ENJOYED NY TIME AND EOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND DURING YOUR VACATION YOU MAKE A AT HOME DAY TO ENJOY THE POOL AND HOT TUB AND LAID BACK ATMOSPHERE! ❤️

We’ve done Airbnb several times and this one was my family’s favorite! Great location right on the beach! From the balcony you had a great view of the ocean as well as the Halifax River. My son loved the gym and the pool table. Swimming pool and hot tub were great as well. The unit had everything we needed! We would definitely stay here again!

The place is amazing having a 10 out of 10 for the pool and the hot top. House very beautiful and clean. Abrina and her husband are very friendly. They bring you fresh bread and butter in the morning. For sure I would recomend this peaceful place for vacaciones with the family

This is our 3rd time staying here and we absolutely love it!!! The host always provides ALL of the essentials you could ever need for both the house and the beach! The location is perfect and a short walk to the ocean! 5 stars all the way around!

We love Low Tide and look forward to our beach trip every year! It's the absolute best pet friendly place to stay, my dogs always have the best time going for walks on the beach and hanging out in the beautiful backyard. Inside is cozy and comfortable too. The best part is being only steps away from the beach, and many great food options also within walking distance. My favorites are Burrito Works, Beachcomber, and Cone Heads for ice cream (and pup cups!) Low Tide has just about everything you could possibly need, and Laurie is always making improvements to her beautiful place. We're always sad when it's time to leave!

It was exactly how it was described. Perfect for a chill, getaway. It was very spacious and private. The owners where very friendly and responded to anything we needed. Would absolutely stay again!

Loved this little bungalow! Very quiet neighborhood, and literally a 60 second walk to the beach. Will stay here again when returning to the area!

As advertised, the house IS historic. There are some areas that could use some updating, but they weren’t big issues. We only had 5 people staying, but the house is big and could definitely accommodate much more. The house is close to downtown which is cute with lots of restaurants and little shops. We were in town for a skydiving competition and this house is just 10 minutes from the drop zone. It’s the perfect crash pad for teams or groups traveling from out of town! The host was very responsive and flexible as we had to add a day weeks after booking. Instructions were very clear, and the hosts take some of the nuances away from you that make checking out easy breezy. Dirty dishes? Just leave them in the sink. Used towels, just leave them in the bathroom. No stripping of the beds needed, no need to take out trash just gather in bags. Would definitely book again if ever coming back to the area!

This house was well equipped with all the essentials need for a lengthy stay. It was convenient with a short walk to the beach and several restaurants within a short distance. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend to any family that wants to be by the beach. We will defiantly be returning in the future. The Steiners from South Carolina.

This house fit our family’s needs perfectly. The expansive living area provided plenty of room for our group of 7 adults and 2 children under 10 years old. The pool table and ping pong table were an added source of entertainment for everyone. The hosts were generous with the supplies and very responsive when we had a question. Would definitely stay here again!

Glynis was quick to respond when my girls & I unexpectedly ended up with nowhere to stay when we got to NSB. She let us into the unit, and when the AC went out it was easily resolved within 24 hours. We had to work together a little more than perhaps some hostess/guests would normally, but everything went smoothly with no disruption to our vacation. The air guys were amazing to work with and Glynis was extra helpful and lightning fast when responding to anything! Location is right across from the beach and about a 2 minute walk from front door to the crosswalk. We’ve been going to MSB for years and didn’t need help finding fav restaurants but there was a welcome booklet with tons of wonderful suggestions/many of which were on our fav list already. Thanks again!

Dariya's place was very peaceful, no disturbances what so ever, beautiful place place. Quite responses whenever i had questions. Conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. I would definitely recommend.

Our three night stay at Kim’s place was excellent. The houseboat is well designed and immaculate. The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. Kim was always responsive to any questions. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the turtles and birds. There are many restaurants in Sanford or just stay at the harbor and eat at the deli or the bar. We would love to stay again.

Great location to the beach, pool and downtown St Aug! Very accommodating for a large family or 2 families that vacation together. Definitely will be back.

We enjoyed staying at Lukasz’s place for some R&R and beach and family time. He was very responsive to our messages as well. Our pup was relaxing with us as well and we enjoyed our walks through the neighborhood with easy access to backyard. We enjoyed our stay and will likely come back again as this place was very peaceful with serene surroundings and close to all our fave restaurants.

Matthew's condo, located in Butler Beach, on Anastasia Island was a short drive to some great locations including St. Augustine Old Town, a great place to spend time, beautiful Anastasia Island State Park and much more. We took a sunset cruise in the bay, toured St Augustine, played mini golf and had plenty of beach time. Comfortable accommodations, had most everything we needed. Must have a car to enjoy the area. Great stay ll in all. Glad we came down in April, wasn't terribly crowded.

We felt right at home in Matt's place. The house was big and spacious, we absolutely loved the pool on the back porch. Was a perfect setting to grill dinner and enjoy the pool, was very hot outside but the back porch was very shaded and comfortable you could feel the ocean breeze., just perfect!! The ocean access was very close walking distance. The garage was also stocked with all you need for a day at the beach. Coolers, umbrellas, chairs, even beach toys for the kids. The kitchen was also stocked with everything you need to cook a meal for your family. The snacks and bottle of wine that was left for us by Matt was a great surprise and treat after a 6 hour drive. Plenty of restaurants within good driving distance. Plus a circle K at the top of the road. Matt was very responsive to my messages. We would definitely stay at Matt's again in the future.
