This fully renovated Bungalow is withing walking distance to the beach and many near by restaurants. This cozy house has all the Amenities of home. This is in a very quiet part of the neighborhood. there is absolutely no smoking or vapein the house if caught will forfeit security deposit I may allow a pet depending on breed with a $70 pet fee. No one under age of 25 unless accompanied by parents.. . $15 per night per person charge more than 4 guests. Master has an adjustable queen size bed.

Adorable little 2 Bedroom 1 bath, bungalow with HOT TUB just steps from the beach. Respectful guests & dogs are invited to come & make this your home away from home. It is pet friendly(50 per pet fee per stay) The home makes you feel like you are in old tropical Florida, very airy & comfortable. High-speed wifi! GREAT MONTHLY DISCOUNTS!! BTW- the Gecko (3/2 with pool), Turtle 2/1 ( 3 houses from the ocean , Flamingo and Dolphin ( 2/1's with pools) are close by- All are pet friendly as well.

House on the beach

Nice house right on the beach. 2 bedrooms, 2 full bath, half bath in laundry, and outside shower. Full kitchen and beautiful beach view. Plenty of beach toys and chairs. We also have a collapsible highchair and a pack and play with changing station for guests with infants. This is a family friendly place and we prefer family or coupled guests over the age of 25. We do not charge a cleaning fee so we expect guests to clean up after themselves and reset the house.

Seatreat bungalow is a salty-meets-comfy retreat rught at the beach for guests who want an authentic Florida beach experience—relaxed, uncrowded, affordable, at the sand. Nightly rate includes up to 2 guests. A small nightly fee for 3rd & 4th guests allow singles, couples and larger groups to enjoy a unique beach stay and support the extra care a beachfront, sand-level home requires.
