Situated just 20 minutes from Des Moines airport, and 25 minutes from downtown Des Moines, you will be able to experience the quiet and beautiful scenery to enjoy.

Charming Bungalow in a Great Location!

This 1910 PET FRIENDLY bungalow is full of charm and unique art. Just a couple of blocks to the town square for restaurants and shopping. In the summer you will enjoy the quaint front porch and backyard patio full of colorful flowers nice for outdoor dining. The fenced backyard is perfect for bringing your dog. Small dogs 25 pounds and under require a one time $50 pet fee and dogs larger than that are up for discussion. Parties and gatherings are not allowed without permission and $100 fee.

Built in 1856 during the Settlement Era of Madison County, it is one of nearly 100 stone houses built during that time in the area. For your security we have a trail camera at the beginning of the driveway that won’t intrude on your privacy.

We are located 2 miles off I 35 in Decatur City. 10 minutes from Graceland College in Lamoni. 10 minutes from Little River Lake and have parking for boats and outdoor outlet available for charging boat batteries.
