The Pool house retreat

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This beautiful house has everything you need for a great time no matter how many people. The huge, heated pool and kayak launch (100 feet from the house) are about as fun as it gets. 4/3 with laundry, a big carport with room for all your toys, a nice new kitchen and living room, and a dining room that seats your whole group. Hang under the lanai and cook a burger on the grill. Too much to mention so just know we will take great care of you!

Freshly renovated, The Ibis Cottage is a cozy studio on a beautiful property overlooking a small lake. It is a 5 minute drive to Nokomis Beach, Siesta Beach and Venice Beach are within easy reach, and a block away to the Legacy Trail bike path (Sarasota to Venice). Enjoy seeing a variety of birds on the property including the ibis, heron, and snowy egret. The cottage is conveniently located between Sarasota and Venice. The perfect location for enjoying the Gulf coast and outstanding beaches.

Enjoy fishing the Jetty, boating the ICW, biking Legacy trail and enjoying sunsets at the Tiki bars with a famous grouper sandwich. So many activities to choose from in this town nestled next to the nation's #1 beach destination, Siesta key. All pets MUST be on a vet approved flea medication & proof sent prior to check in. The home stands out with its bright and airy design, brand new saltwater pool in the private backyard, and its breezy living room. The large master bathroom rain shower is perfect to wash off the leftover sand from the beach. You can also spend your evenings grilling out back or playing corn hole in the patio area.

Creekside Paradise I

The 1970 sqft living space hosts 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open living room with attached ‘library’, a dining area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. From the caged pool area you have a view of the North Creek and our Boat Dock. The pool can be electrically heated and measures 32.80ft in length/13.12ft in width. You enter Creekside Paradise I thru the attached 2 car garage, where you can find the beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, cooler).
