Shannon's place was the perfect home base for a long weekend trip to the area! The unit felt quite spacious due to it spanning two floors, making for a very cozy living space on the ground level. Everything was neat and tidy when we arrived. Shannon was quick to communicate and provided detailed instructions on the check in-process which I really appreciated. The location was perfect – quiet and calming while being only a short drive away from the main parts of town and a reasonable distance to Portland. Overall this unit exceeded my expectations and helped contribute to an amazing weekend getaway. I would 100% stay here again!

This is such a serene place! Unfortunately, it rained the weekend of our stay, so we weren’t able to fully enjoy the river or the beautiful deck overlooking it. Regardless, it was a wonderful stay. Valerie’s place was spotless, comfortable, and stocked with almost everything you could need in the kitchen—and then some. There is a regular coffee pot (not a Keurig), so if you prefer specific coffee pods, you may want to bring your own. Valerie did have coffee and sugar available for guests. While the ice maker wasn’t working during our stay, Valerie kindly provided a full container of ice in the freezer, along with bottled water in the fridge, which was much appreciated. The TV is not a smart TV, so we weren’t able to stream Netflix or similar apps, and the available channels were limited. Normally, we don’t watch much TV on vacation, but the rainy weekend made us take notice. All in all, it truly is a very cute, clean and cozy place to stay. We would very much recommend it. What a wonderful, charming and beautiful place to stay. We loved being able to relax during the day as well and the town was lovely with everything in walking distance including trails right outside the door. A favorite!

I had just left an Airbnb that was deplorable . Tony and Sonja ‘s place was just like going home . Felt very comfortable as a single woman having the space attach to their home. However felt very at ease when it came to privacy . The unit was immaculate. They could not have been more accommodating and kind . Highly recommend!

Our trip up from Rochester NH to enjoy the tribute band for Neil Diamond at Colonial Theatre was a better experience because we stayed at Christine’s! We had made this reservation months in advance so as to not have to drive home late. Walking distance to theatre and restaurants! There was early check-in (much different than other’s, here was 1:00), a beautiful screened in porch (too cold to use it, which was fine because the room that the porch is off of is the cozy TV room. There is an easy to navigate remote (increasingly rare to have a TV in Airbnb’s never mind one that is easily operated!)) Bedroom with plush wall to wall carpeting and thick curtains for darkness Bed was very comfortable; super soft linens, lots of extra blankets and anything else needed! We slept really well. Breakfast as DejaVu was exceptional. We would not want to stay elsewhere when visiting Laconia! Christina is a rock star

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very nice and all accommodations were met and exceeded. We cooked dinner in the kitchen two of the nights we were there and found everything we needed very easily. Everything was very clean and well taken care of, yet felt extremely homey and welcoming! The fire pit and outdoor bar were an amazing benefit, the whole back/front yards and patios in general were amazing. It’s safe to say we truly enjoyed our time in this home and will be checking here first next time we come! Highly recommended stay!

River House is the idyllic picture of hosting as an art form. Upon arrival the property is breathtakingly peaceful, the fields gently guiding you to a quaint coastal home. Inside the home is beautifully curated with antiques and decorated for optimum relaxation. Soaking up the sunshine on the property was our favorite way to spend the day, meandering down to the water, relaxing on the porch with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. If venturing out, it's a quick drive to charming Kennebunkport or even up to Portland to explore. For a quick breakfast or lunch it's an easy walk to the corner store (The Landing Store). Maine is lovely in every season, however, watching the trees and flowers blossom, the bird songs grow stronger and feeling the increasing warmth of the sun at River House was pure magic! Lisa and Mikey are sharing a place on earth that is so special and were premier hosts during our stay!

We had a great stay in Tara's home. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and is close to our favorite towns- Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. We had plenty of room for the four of us. We loved the outside spaces and the open floor plan. Tara was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. The instructions for check in and check out were very clear. We hope to return in the future!

Actually rented both units A & B of this property for my wife's birthday to have some room for additional family (surprise). Unit A was awesome! 2 beds and a bath, BIG kitchen that had everything you would need, dog friendly with a fenced in yard which is always a plus, super comfortable living room/dining room combo that had plenty of room for everyone to gather, private courtyard (shared with unit B) with room for outdoor dining and a grill PLUS hot tub! I could go on but to summarize, it was perfect for our plans. The addition of unit B gave us the whole place and I couldn't be more pleased! Centrally located. Anywhere we wanted to explore, from Kennebunkport to Ogunquit and beyond, was never more than 20 - 30 minutes away. Even the neighbors were amazing (friendly)! 100% I would (and plan to) stay here again!

This was a wonderful house to spend new years at! The management company is extremely responsive and able to help with anything at a moments notice. The location is wonderful, very quiet and so close to town. We enjoyed a day trip to Portland and the connivence of downtown Kennebunkport. House is extremely comfy.

Perfect location! Able to enjoy all North Conway has to offer and shred whatever mountains you want!

Or stay exceeded or expectations. We rented the place for my 60th birthday with seven other women! Everything was top notch, very clean, very comfortable very cozy. Everything we needed to cook was available the beds we are very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean organized. We could not have asked for anything more. This was one of the most organized, clean places easy accessible to town. Kennebunkport is stunning. I will definitely rent this place again. Thank you so much Tim for your kind hospitality and all your help and for the beautiful Maine goodies, you left us ! So thoughtful and sweet !

We like loon Mt area in the winter for skiing, Eric's unit is literally 2 min drive to mountain, (Nordic Inn ) The unit itself is huge with 2 levels of living space, 2 bedrooms on first floor have huge beds (california kings ) each bedroom has walk in closets and full baths, upstairs has another full bed and 2 bunk beds, massive super comfortable couch that reclines on either end. huge tv and full bath, walk out deck. Perfect for 2 family to split. The pictures on airBnb are accurate. I would highly recommend Eric's place year round . I will definitely will be back next year!!!

Wife and I had a great time at Fairley’s place. Condo was as advertised, clean with all the utensils you need. The resort has a clubhouse with all great amenities. Location is great! We would definitely like to rent again.

We loved our stay and couldn't have felt more at home. Condo has everything you need and the hosts were so kind. Plenty of space for our family of 4 but could easily fit 6. Location is ideal for families to explore all Bartlett has to offer. Highly recommend and can't wait to come back!

The condo was very clean, tasteful decorated. Beds were comfortable. Loved the big table to play games and the living room was cozy for the evening and morning chats. Pretty views.

Our 3rd time staying here....great location and reasonably priced. Love the view out back to the trees and a peek of some mountains. Also great snow cleanup - we were here for a big storm and the plows cleared the car park and the paths were shoveled quickly.

Very clean and relaxing place. Felt like home and will definitely visit back again. The host is very responsive and had clear instructions of everything.

We had a great day! The place was perfect for our small group, and very convenient to the mountains for skiing. The condo had all the little things needed. And it was very comfortable. I would definitely book again.
